Went to celebrate my birthday! My mom and I had the best time! The staff was amazing, food was good and everything was safe and clean. We had a minor ant problem, but the hotel quickly took care of that. Wifi all through the hotel and rooms. Again, we thank the staff for the amazing stay. Definitely a 5 star experience, we can’t wait to go back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Iberostar. My only complaint is that the check-in process was a little slow. Just seems that it takes very long to check but once you finish the check-in process, the rest is 5 stars. The front desk staff, bar staff, maintenance, and the cleaners were all super friendly. The drinks were great, the food was great. The main buffet that's open all day has a nice selection and some of the food changes daily while others are available every day. The pool is huge and there's a lot of space to swim. The bar by the pool is great though strange that they require a mask in order to get a drink even though we're outside and there's some distance between the bartenders and yourselves. This was not even an inconvenience but just want the people reading this to know beforehand. We had a room with a king size bed. The bed was comfortable and as well as the pillows. The refrigerator had only two beers in it and it was refilled daily. It would have been nice if there were a few more beers in there per day, like a six pack. Doesn't really matter because you can get beer anywhere. The bars are very spread out so you're never too far from a drink. There's a bar right across from the lobby reception, there's one by the pool, you can get drinks at the buffet, then towards the back there's also another smaller buffet with a bar, and on the beach to the right, there's also another bar.

Carolina & Anabelle of StarCamp were outstanding helper for the kids. They were the best part of the hotel. We have 5 kids and they absolutely love being there at the kids Camp. They did a lot of activities like drawing, playing board games and they have a mini pool in the camp. Thank you Carolina and Anabelle for making of our kids stay the best part. We are sure that they will not forget you any time soon. Thank you.

Very nice and clean. Great beach front, huge pool, plenty of food, entertainment and many amenities with several stores. Spacious and roomy bedrooms. All inclusive. Friendly and well priced. Close to town.

My first time here and they were great and very energetic. Wifi and roadrunner were very active with everyone and very nice. I have a great experience. 100 percent recommend!

We loved the resort! Would highly recommend to families with children. Carolina from the kids club is fantastic!! Our girls absolutely adored her, she made their vacation. The resort is small so you don’t have to walk far to get around. The food is really good. I loved that they have reusable cups at the bar, no straws and no bottled water in the rooms. You are provided with glass bottles in the rooms and you fill those with filtered water form a machine outside your door ❤️🌎

First time coming to this hotel, I would think it twice before coming again. I spent most of my time going to front desk and waited like 6 hours to get my room key. The food was not appealing and was to regular ( rice and beans).

An awesome stay, staff, service and food! Everyone was so joyful and accommodating. Got the best deep tissue massage ever at the spa. The spa is incredible. Beautiful outdoor furniture and sauna. The night shows were SENSATIONAL! Highly recommend!! Would also recommend making reservations at the hibachi and Mediterranean restaurants! Loved my stay!

First of all I would like to say overall the resort is clean and well kept. The food overall was good and above par with the other resorts we have visited. The layout of the omelette bar could be more efficient. The line for the omelettes covered the hot food area of the buffet. You had to wait in line to get a piece of sausage or other item. Not a real big deal but would be an easy fix. Our shower drain was very slow. We had to use the extra towels to dam the water from coming out into the bathroom and living area. Also not a big deal but I called and reported the problem 4 different times and finally just gave up and used the towels. There was only one bar that offered cocktail servers. The beach bar was totally self serve. That isn’t a problem for me but I saw elderly people with canes navigating the sand while carrying drinks. Probably the biggest issue I had with the resort was the bar service. We drink vodka and asked for the Smirnoff brand which is on all the bars. When they would run out the bartenders would go out of site and come back with the alcohol in your glass. I know what was poured was not Smirnoff. Further I watched the bar tender fill the Smirnoff bottle from the local brand bottle. This really concerned me with the recent deaths in the Dominican from tainted alcohol. I don’t know if it is acceptable to go out of sight behind closed doors to mix drinks in other Iberostar resorts but in the US it is not. We only go to resorts every couple years. We were hoping this would be our new go to place but unfortunately it is not. We won’t be coming there again.
