“Upon checking into my room, I called a week in advance to make sure my reservation was good to go and it was. I called a day before requesting an early check-in and staff stated to call on day of check-in to verify if one will be available. I called around noon on day of reservation requesting early check-in by 3:30 or so and staff stated no rooms available and have to be at 4:00 like everyone else check-in time, stating staffing issues and it takes all 5 hours to clean a room. When I arrived, customer service rep Catherine wasn’t the friendliest or helpful person dealing with. No conversation, very bland, didn’t say anything about the resort and what to expect. I had to get my own map and ask the questions instead of her showing me where we was on the map and how to locate my room. The walls are thin, no microwave, no valet available and customer service isn’t the greatest right now. We will see after two days of stay if it gets better.”
