“Good service, nice rooms, and helpful amenities, but in a recent stay, I found what looked like blood stains on the bed sheets. The staff was apologetic and changed the sheets fairly promptly, but the additional hassle kept me up later than I would have liked.”

“I am Hyatt gold member, I love the Hyatt it's always been clean comfortable and classy. Oops this place is under construction and it did not live up to my expectations. The staff did their best and I appreciate it. I had a great time in Boston and the room was clean and comfortable. But no restaurant no bar no atrium. Terrible ambiance. They called off the wedding though last night October 2nd.”
