“Nice place to stay in Portland. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was parking, which was in a deck around the corner. We got in after dark and got turned around coming out of the deck and took the long way around in the pouring rain. Other than that, was a great stay.”

“We stayed for 1 night with 5 guests (including 2 kids). We were given 2 bath towels for a room with 2 queen beds. The room had a down duvet and pillows (often standard these days). After 2 requests to the front desk/housekeeping for more towels and some non-feather pillows for our allergic crew, we gave up around 10 pm and shared 2 towels and slept on the 2 pillows we had without feathers. The shower was very moldy and the shower curtain made us want to take the fastest showers ever! We traded in Hyatt points for this night and are glad that we did not pay good money. Portland is charming, and maybe we just had an off-room on an off-night for service, but it wasn’t a good experience for our large group.”
