O café da manhã era bom, não era ótimo. Não posso falar com as atrações circundantes, pois esta foi apenas uma pistola para nós durante a noite. O quarto era bom, limpo e grande. Pude ver que este é um lugar confortável para ficar por um período prolongado de férias.

Breakfast was good, not great. Can't speak to surrounding attractions as this was just a pistol for us for the night. The room was nice, clean and large. I could see this being a comfortable place to stay for an extended vacation.

A banheira / chuveiro combos eram nojentos. E acredite nas críticas que falam do cheiro do ar condicionado. Cada vez que isso acontecia, um bolor abafado enchia a sala. Eu me senti nojento desde o momento em que conversamos. Gallatin tem um Hilton Garden Inn novinho em folha. Vá lá.

Primeira vez hospedado no Hyatt! Normalmente eu fico no Marriott e Hilton, mas eles foram extremamente caro durante o meu tempo em Nashville. I struggled to choose a hotel for our upcoming visit to Hendersonville. It was hard to tell by the photos of the hotels in the area which was better. DO NOT choose this hotel! We originally booked for four nights but checked out early to find a new hotel. It is an older hotel and it shows. The rooms are dark and dingy. The bath/shower combos were disgusting. And believe the reviews that talk about the smell from the air conditioner. Every time is turned out muggy mold filled the room. I felt disgusting from the moment we talked in. Gallatin has a brand new Hilton Garden Inn. Just go there.

First time staying at Hyatt! Typically I stay at Marriott and Hilton, but they were massively overpriced during my time in Nashville. Perfect opportunity to try and perhaps add Hyatt to my rotation of places to stay. I was excited to arrive for that reason, front desk was extremely friendly and when I walked into the room I loved the layout! Definitely saw myself staying at more locations. That was until the first night. I curled into bed and instantly noticed how hard the bed was. I tried my hardest to fall asleep, but all I was accomplishing was a sore back. Eventually I stripped the bed and slept on the couch instead. It felt real bizarre to sleep on the couch when I’m paying $120 a night! But at least it was comfortable enough for me to sleep. The next night I tried the bed again, thinking perhaps I was being too dramatic about the situation. Nope! Same issue. My back started to ache and it was back to the couch I went. I was also disappointed that the ice machine was out of order. It was well into the 90s during my stay and the soda in my car was warm. My quickest option became running cold water over the cans. Lastly, the toiletries surprised me. Marriott has Paul Mitchell. Hilton has Neutrogena. Hyatt has what felt like a budget hotel brand. Now don’t get me wrong, I loved the layout. It felt like having a kitchen, office, bedroom, and bathroom all in one. The room was VERY spacious in size and the desk was real nice for getting business work done (however one of the outlets didn’t work) - very comfortable recliner. I enjoyed trying a different brand, but the uncomfortable bed and issues that I don’t have at Marriott or Hilton were a deal breaker for me. In the future I’ll continue to rotate between M & H!

It's a nice hotel. The staff was great. The room I stayed in was clean. The price for 1 night was okay. They offer free breakfast. Nothing fancy but decent enough to get you going for the day.

Meu marido e eu somos membros do Hyatt. Quando viajamos, olhamos automaticamente para fazer a reserva lá. Bem, este foi um grande erro desta vez. Ao entrar em nosso quarto, percebemos que o tapete estava manchado e gasto. Então percebemos que a pia da cozinha parecia ter secado comida e gordura. Eu então comecei a verificar o banheiro ... este era o pior de tudo. Havia cabelo por todo o chão, havia uma mecha de cabelo bem ao lado do banheiro, o chuveiro tinha fios de cabelo nele. Por último, mas não menos importante, o banheiro parecia pertencer a um banheiro público! Ficamos tão enojados. Ligamos e falamos com a recepção, fomos informados de que eles não tinham ninguém para limpar o quarto, mas ela tinha três outros quartos que ela poderia nos mostrar. Quando ela subiu para o quarto, pensamos que ela gostaria de olhar para o quarto, mas ela não se mostrou preocupada. Minha opinião é que eles podem ter esse problema com frequência! Ela começou a nos levar para os outros quartos e nenhum deles parecia ter sido limpo! Nem é preciso dizer que, embora eu e meu marido estivéssemos exaustos e só quiséssemos ir a algum lugar e relaxar, fizemos o check-out! Fiquei tão enojado que senti que precisava de um banho de apenas estar no hotel! Eu tirei fotos, mas não tenho certeza de como fazer o upload.

Um bom lugar para ficar! Limpo, bem conservado e a equipe foi muito simpática até agora. Eu recomendo para quem quer ficar na área.

My husband and I are Hyatt members. When traveling we automatically look to book there. Well this was a big mistake this time. Upon walking into our room we noticed that the carpet was stained and worn. Then we noticed that the sink in the kitchen area looked as if it had dried up food and grease in it. I then proceeded to check out the bathroom…this was the worst of it all. There was hair all over the floor, there was a clump of hair right next to the toilet, the shower had strands of hair in it. Last but not least the toilet looked like it belonged in a public rest room! We were so disgusted. We called down and spoke with the front desk, we were told that they didn’t have anyone to clean the room but she had 3 other rooms that she could show us. When she came up to the room we thought she would want to look at the room but she did not act concerned. My take on it is that they may have this problem often! She proceeded to take us around to the other rooms and none of them looked as if they had been cleaned! Needless to say although my husband and I were exhausted and just wanted to get somewhere and relax, we checked out! I was so disgusted I felt like I needed a shower from just being in the hotel!I did take pics but I’m not sure how to upload them.

A nice place to stay! Clean, well maintained and the staff has been very friendly so far. I'd recommend to anyone staying in the area.
