Rooms are spacious, clean,no microwaves, beds are mediocre. If staying multiple nights you have to tell them when to get trash, or bring towels which should happen daily but only happens on request.Mask policy is only being enforced on some people. I walked passed a group of people with no mask but the night lady yelled at me for not having a mask as if I were a child. Enforce it for all or not at all. Very rude overnight staff. Morning staff is veryprofessional and attentive. Parking is good.Alot of restaurants in the area.Not far from the mall. I would definitely recommend this place.

Namorado e eu ficamos aqui de férias. A equipe foi incrível eo lugar era muito limpo. A cama era confortável e os travesseiros realmente sustentavam nossas cabeças. O único problema que tivemos foi o banheiro. Era muito apertado e tínhamos que entrar no chuveiro para fechar a porta e usar o banheiro.

Boyfriend and I stayed here for vacation. The staff was amazing and the place was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows actually supported our heads. The only issue we had was the bathroom. It was very cramped and we had to go into the shower to close the door and use the bathroom.

Quartos limpos, a experiência de check-in foi aleatória e a recepcionista não sabia o que ela estava fazendo / era nova. Recebemos informações incorretas sobre nossos quartos e comodidades. No entanto, o hotel atual é muito conveniente e os quartos são espaçosos e limpos, o que nos torna um bom lugar para ficar.

Nice hotel decente. Se hospedado por uma noite após ter problemas com hotéis em frente. Se Hospedaram em camas de casal premier quarto e quarto foi quartos limpos e a equipe foram nice. Altamente recomendado. Uma pena que o café da manhã quente regular não está disponível apenas um pouco de fast food.

Nice decent hotel. Stayed for one night after having issues with hotels across the street. Stayed in the double beds premier room and room was spotlessly clean and staff were nice. Highly recommended. A pity regular hot breakfast is not available just some fast food.

Clean rooms, check in experience was haphazard and the receptionist didn't know what she was doing/was new. We were given incorrect information about our rooms and amenities. However, the actual hotel is very convenient and the rooms are spacious and clean, making us a good place to stay.

Alguns de nossos hóspedes ficaram lá por algumas noites. Os quartos eram bons. Mas um dos nossos hóspedes não ficou satisfeito com o pessoal nocturno. O serviço não estava em pé de igualdade com o nome Hyatt.

El lugar está bien y la mayoría de los trabajadores son muy amables, pero la recepcionista de noche no lo es para nada. Nuestra 3ra noche hubo ruido de principio a fin, alguien tenía una fiesta, llamamos a recepción y no pasó nada. Ninguno de los 3 días recibimos la visita del ama de llaves, no hubo limpieza de nuestra habitación.

We had some of our guests staying there for a few nights. The rooms were good. But one of our guests was not satisfied with one of their night time staff. The service was not at par with the Hyatt name.

Embora alguns possam achar uma piscina e comodidades de hotel atraentes, achei que era um grande aborrecimento, já que o ar de cada andar estava saturado de cloro. Fora isso, é exatamente como qualquer outro lugar Hyatt ... Mas por causa disso eu não posso ir mais alto do que três estrelas ...

Kristina foi tão legal! Camille também e o gerente de plantão. Os quartos são bastante impressionantes. Você ganha um sofá com um cobertor para se sentar e assistir TV. Há uma área de estudo com escrivaninha inteira, frigobar e área de café. A tv gira para que você possa vê-la enquanto estiver na cama. Dois espelhos de corpo inteiro e outro por mini-frigorífico. Lugar perfeito para fazer sua casa por alguns dias. Mais café da manhã grátis 👏🏼

Though some may find a pool and appealing hotel amenity, I found it to be a large annoyance as every single floor's air was saturated with chlorine. Other than that it's exactly like every other Hyatt place... But because of that I can't go any higher than three stars...

Kristina was so nice! Camille as well and the manager on duty. Rooms are pretty awesome. You get a couch w/ a blanket to hang out and watch TV. There’s a whole desk study area, mini fridge and coffee area. The tv rotates to where you can see it while in bed as well. Two full length mirrors and another one by mini fridge. Perf place to make your home for a few days. Plus free breakfast 👏🏼

Buen hotel.Algo caro pero tiene todo.Eso sí. Esta muy lejos de la ciudad de Chicago.Un uber cobra más de 50 usd y generalmente hay tarifa dinámica.
