“Não é normal ter que esperar 90 minutos para que a sala esteja pronta. Se o check-in for às 15h00, o quarto deve estar pronto. Não nos foi oferecida qualquer indemnização, sim, tínhamos café, mas fora isso tínhamos de esperar até às 16h30. É uma pena quando você ainda pagou muito dinheiro e viajou uma boa distância e quer descansar depois da viagem.”
