“We were informed that if we wanted housekeeping to clean the room, we would need to call the front desk. The first morning we let the front desk know and we came back to a clean room. However, this was the last time our room was serviced. For the next four days we made sure to call the front desk every morning to schedule a cleaning but when we arrived back later in the evening housekeeping had not been in our room. Each night we had to call and go down to the lobby for towels and coffee. After two nights of doing this we got quite a collection of towels and trash. On the third night We had to take our pile of dirty towels down to the front desk. We expressed how this was not acceptable and he assured us he would take care of it. We watched him write two notes and stick them on the appropriate desks and he also made a note of it on the computer. Unfortunately, this did not help. On the fourth night of dealing with the lack of communication and housekeeping services we went down to the lobby and expressed our concerns once again. This time the person working the front desk took down our names and number and assured us the manager would be in contact with us the following morning. He also came up to our room to collect 4 days worth of trash and was upset with how the third floor had food in the halls and full trashes. Once again he assured us the manager would be in contact but we unfortunately never heard from the manager.In addition to the lack of housekeeping service In our room, we had to walk off the elevator to spilled food that was sitting there for 5 days. The trashes in the hall had not been dumped as well. Attached you will see pictures of our experience staying at the Homewood Suites as well as what services they stated they would do. (All we wanted was fresh towels and trash taken out but they failed to do that simple task).We religiously stay at Hilton Properties and have never had to experience such poor quality service. We continuously expressed our concerns but nothing was ever addressed or handled and no one was held accountable. We wanted to address our experiences in hopes that this will not be a trend at our future stays in Hilton properties.”
