“We stayed here for a family wedding for 3 nights (supposed to be 4). Rooms were clean and spacious. Our room door lock didn’t work well - resulting in us having a very hard time leaving the room and having safety worries. I understand that these things happen, but the initial reaction from staff was “that’s just how it is” - and we’d have to wait a couple days for it to be fixed. Not the Hilton quality service we are used to, especially as Diamond members but given the family wedding location we had no option but to stay. We did leave a day earlier than planned and spent more $$ to stay at the Canopy Hilton in Boston which was amazing.
If you need to be in this area, the hotel is fine but not exceptional. We found the Hilton Garden Inn down the road to have a great restaurant and would likely prefer to stay there if we are ever back in the area.”
