“Our stay started off great. A 2 night stay for a wrestling tournament. On night one the pool was open. On night two the pool was closed. Not a huge deal since things beyond our control happen. Nevertheless, the pool was closed to reset the chemicals in it. We asked the front desk employee if the pool would reopen that evening and the outlook was grim. So we took the kids back up to the rooms to hang out. On our way to dinner we see kids playing the pool. I politely call the front desk to inquire and I was told that the kids in the pool belonged to the guy that was fixing it. Kayla said the closed sign would be removed once the pool was fixed, but she didn’t know if that was going to be tonight or not. I’m confused! There is clearly a lack of communication somewhere. I am not a subject matter expert on pools and perhaps regulating the chemicals in a pool requires children actively playing in it. Also, I am not mad that the pool was closed. I am disappointed at the lack of communication between the front desk employee and the pool maintenance person. Furthermore, if the pool is closed then the pool should be closed to all patrons.”

“Absolutely loved our stay here stayed for three nights two days. Have an amazing full kitchen area with dishes and everything you need right there still have an awesome breakfast which is included. My daughter loves to look out the window so I asked her to put us on one of the higher floors she said no problem she put us on the highest floor and my daughter absolutely love this”
