Eu tive uma experiência adorável em minha casa longe de casa. No geral, nossa estadia de quase 2 semanas foi maravilhosa! Todos foram simpáticos e acolhedores e prestativos. A manutenção da casa é muito amigável - tivemos alguns problemas com eles e compartilhamos esse feedback com o hotel. Lana na recepção foi uma delícia! Obrigado por ser um começo tão alegre para os nossos dias! A equipe do café da manhã também foi muito agradável e acolhedora. Muito obrigado, estou ansioso para visitar novamente em breve!

I had a lovely experience in my home away from home. Overall, our nearly 2 week stay was wonderful! Everyone was friendly and accommodating and helpful. House keeping very friendly - had a few issues with them and we shared that feedback with hotel. Lana at the front desk was a delight! Thank you for being such a cheerful start to our days! Breakfast team was also very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you very much, I look forward to visiting again soon!

Arrumação bateu na nossa porta dois dias diferentes quando o sinal "Não perturbe" estava e nos acordou duas vezes para limpar o quarto às 9:00, quando solicitamos a limpeza das 2:00. O café da manhã estava ok. Cama não era muito confortável. Sem cofre no quarto. Podíamos ouvir as pessoas andando na sala acima de nós como gigantes, e fomos informados de que o mesmo era verdade para nós pelas pessoas abaixo de nós. O sistema automático de segurança do lado de fora é muito barulhento e me acordou várias vezes. Muitas comodidades: pequena academia, pequena piscina, churrasqueira ao ar livre, panelas e frigideiras estavam disponíveis gratuitamente na recepção. Muitos ótimos restaurantes próximos. Hotel era limpo e bem conservado, e nos sentimos seguros lá.

Not up to snuff for a Hilton property. The staff are nice, but not well trained. Housekeeping knocked on our door two different days when the "Do Not Disturb" sign was up, and woke us twice to clean the room at 9:00am when we had requested 2:00 cleaning. Breakfast was ok. Bed was not very comfortable. No safe in the room. We could hear the people walking in the room above us like giants, and were told the same was true of us by the people below us. The automatic security system outside is very loud and woke me several times. Lots of amenities: small gym, small pool, outdoor grill, pots and pans were available for free at the front desk. Lots of great restaurants near. Hotel was clean, and well maintained, and we felt safe there.

Minha família e eu estivemos em uma viagem de duas semanas e ficamos em hotéis Hilton. Em todos os diferentes estados, eles foram absolutamente maravilhosos, mas voltando para casa no Texas, tivemos uma última parada e isso de longe foi o pior absoluto. Para começar, eles nos cobraram duas vezes, o quarto era atroz com paredes rachadas, papel de parede descascado, problemas de encanamento, manchas de carpete em todos os lugares, sem sabão para lavar as mãos, encontramos uma unha falsa sob nossos lençóis e a única coisa que estávamos procurando para a frente era o café da manhã. Não, isso foi ainda pior. Eu nem daria isso para meus cães em casa. Nada estava quente, a fruta estava marrom, e o café... oh sim, não havia nenhum. E quando perguntados como foi a nossa estadia, dissemos que não era a melhor. E tudo o que conseguimos foi um sorriso e uma risada. Os proprietários deste hotel precisam repensar seriamente seu plano de negócios, pois isso pode não ser o seu forte. Especialmente quando você tem um enorme sinal de satisfação garantida ao entrar, isso foi um grande lixo! Ps. Fique por sua conta e risco!

My family and myself have been on a two week road trip and have been staying in Hilton hotels. All across different states they have been absolutely wonderful, yet coming home to Texas we had one last stop and this by far was the absolute worst. For starters, they charged us twice, the room was atrocious with cracked walls, wallpaper peeling, plumbing problems, carpet stains everywhere, no soap to wash our hands, found a fake nail under our sheets, and the one thing we were at least looking forward to was breakfast. Nope that was even worse. I wouldn't even feed that to my dogs at home. Nothing was hot, fruit was brown, and the coffee... oh yeah their was none. And when asked how was our stay, we told them not quite the best. And all we got was a smirk and a chuckle. The owners of this hotel need to seriously rethink their business plan as this might not be your forte. Especially when you have a huge guarantee satisfaction sign as you come in, this was a huge dump! Ps. Stay at your own risk!

Não gosto de ficar com cachorros. O cachorro ainda está latindo no corredor. Elevador cheirava a pés sujos, então percebi que era um cachorro. Eles têm problemas de água. Quando você dá a descarga, ainda parece que alguém fez xixi no banheiro. Pessoas acima de mim pisando no chão. Muito barulho no quarto. Tem pratos, mas não cozinha. Por que pratos? Não há iluminação suficiente na área da mesa.

Móveis e quartos estão bastante sujos, cadeiras de computador estão sujas e rasgadas. O espelho virtual foi danificado. Manchas de café embutidas na bancada. Os armários do banheiro estavam rasgados e, como cães, os mastigavam. Não é um bom lugar para ficar e descansar. Alguém acima de mim estava fazendo sons altos e frequentes. A equipe basicamente me surpreendeu. Experiência extremamente terrível. Na minha opinião a equipe tem apenas um objetivo que é a receita.

Este motel foi escolhido especificamente devido à sua classificação de 3 estrelas e classificação de 4,3 clientes. O ar condicionado do meu primeiro quarto não estava funcionando. O agente da recepção então me transferiu para um quarto no 1º andar reservado para pessoas com deficiência. Fizemos um tour rápido pelo quarto e parecia ser um ajuste melhor com o ar. Depois de colocar todos os meus itens no quarto, olhei em volta e notei que o quarto estava BEM SUJO. Manchas cobertas CADA peça de mobiliário. Ainda havia pedaços de comida seca ao redor da pia da sala da frente. Os cantos das paredes de cada quarto estavam cobertos de teias de aranha. As paredes tinham manchas e o chão estava pegajoso. O banheiro da sala ao lado fazia um barulho de serra elétrica toda vez que era lavado. Pulverizei os lençóis com spray Lysol antes de me deitar embaixo deles, mas quando o fiz, senti cheiro de urina. Havia um odor geral no quarto. Falei com Debra, a agente da recepção incrivelmente agradável e acolhedora, e ela fez todos os esforços para me ajudar. Ela disse que o hotel estava lotado quando eu quis trocar de quarto. Infelizmente, este hotel não fez jus à sua classificação de 4,3 de 5 estrelas. Se você está procurando uma estadia muito agradável, limpa, moderna e confortável, eu não recomendaria esta.

I don't like staying with dogs.Dog is still barking down the hall.Elevator smelled like dirty feet,then realized it is a dog. They have water issues.When you flush,still looks like someone peed in toilet.People above me stomping on floor.Lots of room noise.Have dishes but no cook top.Why dishes ? Not enough lighting at desk area.

This motel was specifically chosen due to its 3-star rating and 4.3 customer rating. The A/C in my first room wasn't working. The front desk agent then transferred me to a 1st floor room reserved for people with disabilities. We took a quick tour of the room and it seemed to be a better fit with air. After putting all of my items in the room, I looked around and noticed that the room was QUITE DIRTY. Stains covered EVERY piece of furniture. There were still bits of dried food around the front room sink. Each room's wall corners were covered in cobwebs. The walls had stains, and the floor was sticky. The toilet in the adjacent room made a chain saw-like noise each time it was flushed. I sprayed the sheets with Lysol spray before getting under them to lay down, but when I did, I smelled urine. There was a general odor in the room. I spoke with Debra the incredibly nice and welcoming front desk agent and she made every effort to assist me. She said the hotel was fully booked when I wanted to switch rooms. Sadly, this hotel did not live up to its 4.3 out of 5 star rating. If you're searching for a very nice, clean, modern, and comfortable stay, I wouldn't recommend this one.

Furniture and rooms are fairly dirty, computer chairs are dirty and torn. Virtical mirror was damaged. Coffee stains embedded on the counter top. Bathroom cabinets were torn and like dogs has been chewing on them. Not a good place to stay and rest. Someone above me was making frequent loud sounds. The staff basically blew me off. Extremely terrible experience. In my opinion the staff has only one objective that's revenue.

A equipe foi muito agradável e receptiva. A razão pela qual apenas 3 estrelas é devido à falta de Wifi no quarto 201 e sem TI para obter wifi. Ainda bem que a pessoa da recepção tentou ajudar, mas eu sei mais sobre TI, e isso não é culpa dela. A pior parte foi que o cheiro do perfume era tão forte que tive que tomar banho quando cheguei em casa e tive que lavar todas as roupas que estavam comigo na suíte. Perfume demais!

Os funcionários foram extremamente rudes. Reservei um quarto com 2 camas queen size e eles nos colocaram em um quarto com 1 cama king size, no último minuto. Quando pedi para cancelar minha reserva, a recepcionista revirou os olhos antes de cancelá-la. Não vai voltar.

Staff were very nice and responsive. The reason only 3 stars is due to no Wifi in room 201 and no IT to get wifi.Glad the front desk person tried to help, but I know more about IT, and that's not her fault. The worst part was the smell of perfume was so strong I had to shower it off when I got home and had to wash all clothes that were with me in the suite. Too Much Perfume!

Employees were extremely rude. I booked a room with 2 queen size beds and they put us in a room with 1 king bed, last minute. When i asked to cancel my reservation, the concierge rolled her eyes before cancelling it. Will not be coming back.
