Já estivemos neste hotel mais de duas vezes e sempre foi divertido. É limpo e conveniente. Pessoal é incrível. Eu recomendo fortemente

Nós amamos este hotel! Muito perto do Sea World a cerca de 7 minutos. A equipe foi super simpática e atenciosa. Os quartos eram muito limpos e as áreas públicas limpas também. Estávamos aqui no fim de semana do feriado e não achamos lotado. Eles têm uma grande piscina coberta e descoberta com almofadas de respingo para os mais pequenos e a piscina principal em si é apenas 5 pés tão segura para todos. Os quartos são grandes o suficiente, temos duas camas queen size, a geladeira era grande o suficiente para armazenar alimentos para nossa família por 3 dias. Leite, suco e água e salgadinhos. A cafeteira funciona e é muito tranquila, gostei da nossa vista das árvores e do estacionamento. O estacionamento era gratuito, o que nós amamos e muitas opções de comida na área, Ihop, bar b que etc.

We loved this hotel! Very close to Sea World about 7 minutes.The staff was super friendly and attentive.The rooms were very clean and the public areas clean as well.We were here over the holiday weekend and didn't find it crowded.They have a great indoor and outdoor pool with splash pads for little ones and the main pool itself is only 5ft so safe for everyone.The rooms are big enough, we have two queen beds, the fridge was large enough to store food for our family for 3 days.Milk, juice and water and snacks. Coffee maker works and very quiet, i liked our view of the trees and parking lot.Parking was free which we loved and lots of options for food in the area, Ihop, bar b que etc.

Amamos ficar aqui! Entes que eles tiveram uma piscina coberta e descoberta desde que foi chover para parte de nossa estadia. A área externa da piscina é agradável, com área de recreação rasa para os mais pequenos. Amei o jacuzzi também.

Loved staying here! Loved that they had an indoor and outdoor pool since it was was raining for part of our stay. The outside pool area is nice with shallow play area for the little ones. Loved the jacuzzi area also.

A equipe do check-in noturno não se preocupa com pessoas com deficiência ou veteranos dos EUA. Hotel passando por grandes remodelações e deve ser evitado. Eu estava visitando uma família fora da cidade ontem e decidi passar a noite neste hotel. Ao chegar ao hotel, o recepcionista noturno não foi muito simpático, mas já era tarde e só queria chegar ao meu quarto. Eu tive problemas com os interruptores de eletricidade que exigiram que eu voltasse e falasse com esse cara.Quando solicitei um quarto diferente por causa de problemas com o quarto, ele afirmou que não era difícil ligar / desligar uma luz e que a chave do meu quarto era necessária para acender as luzes. Tenho viajado muito e nunca ouvi falar disso. Ele disse o que você precisa, um quarto para deficientes com uma risada. Eu disse não! apenas as luzes, por favor. Somos homens adultos e você ainda tira sarro das pessoas. A sério??Aparentemente, eles têm um slot de chave em salas que ativam os interruptores de luz. Algo que poderia ter sido facilmente explicado no check-in. Em vez disso, ele disse que o modelo de hotel deles é muito popular na Europa. O que seria ótimo se eu estivesse na Europa. Mas as pessoas presas a uma visão de mundo, esquecem que ainda vivemos no Texas / Estados Unidos. Não gostei da atitude desrespeitosa. Principalmente agora, não deixe ninguém, quero dizer, qualquer um fazer você se sentir mal ou tirar sarro de você. Todos nós estamos passando por coisas, alguns mais do que outros e esse tipo de comportamento nunca é aceitável.

Evening Check in Staff don't care about Persons with disabilities or US Veterans. Hotel doing major remodeling and should be avoided. I was visiting family out of town yesterday and decidedto spent the night at this hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, the evening front desk clerk wasn't very friendly,, but it was late and just wanted to get to my room. I had room issues with the electricity switches that required me to come back down and speak with this guy.When I requested a different room because of room issues, he stated its not hard to flip a light switch on/off, and that my room key was needed to turn lights on.I have traveled alot and never heard of this. He said what do you need, a handicapped room with a laugh. I said No! just the lights please.We are grown men and you still making fun of people. Seriously??Apparentlythey have a key slot in rooms that active the light switches. Something that could have been easily explained at check in. Instead,he said their hotel model is very popular in Europe. Which would be great if I were in Europe. But people stuck on a world view, forget that we still live in Texas/United States. I didn't appreciate the disrespectfulattitude. Especially now, don't let anyone, I mean anyone make you feel bad or make fun of you. We are All going through stuff, some more than others and this kinda behavior is never acceptable.

I enjoyed this hotel! I almost gave them 4 stars because the indoor pool was closed that week due to an electrical short but the staff was so friendly and accommodating that it made up for it. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and and the hot tub. The room was clean. The next time I plan a trip to Seaworld I will definitely stay here!

Definitivamente um hotel mais atualizado na área. A equipe foi amigável, a decoração era agradável e o quarto era muito mais espaçoso do que esperávamos. Esta é uma ótima opção para descansar após um longo dia no SeaWorld ou em qualquer outro entretenimento da região. Estou a incluir apenas uma estrela a menos devido às obras que decorriam durante a nossa estadia e à falta de uma escada acessível.

Definitely a more up-to-date hotel in the area. The staff was friendly, the decor was nice, and the room was far more spacious than we expected. This is a great choice for resting after a very long day spent at SeaWorld or at any of the other entertainment in the area. I am only including one less star because of construction that was occurring during our stay and the lack of an accessible staircase.

Muy buen hotel. Cerca de Seaworld. Tienen transporte gratuito al parque y de regreso igualmente. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias aunque un poco viejas. El servicio de check Inn es bueno. La alberca está bastante bien y climatizada y techada. El servicio de restaurante muy bueno y el personal muy amable.
