“Staff excellent, friendly, polite & smart.Room 305 was just right for me & breakfast was great choice. Special mention for all the breakfaststaff best team I’ve seen for a long time in hospitality. Even the cook came out & engaged with the guests. Reception was very helpful too . Overall a very enjoyable stay would of liked to stay tonight but unfortunately fully booked. Thank you 👏 Funcionários excelentes, simpáticos, educados e inteligentes. O quarto 305 foi perfeito para mim e o café da manhã foi uma ótima escolha. Menção especial para toda a equipe do café da manhã, a melhor equipe que vi há muito tempo em hospitalidade. Até o cozinheiro saiu e se envolveu com os convidados. A recepção também foi muito útil. No geral, uma estadia muito agradável gostaria de ficar esta noite, mas infelizmente totalmente reservado. Obrigado 👏”

“The room was clean and comfortable, however slightly cold… I went as part of a bus trip and all our rooms were cold. The staff were all lovely including the bar staff and breakfast staff… food was okay with choices for evening meal to suit everyone, one kind of soup, 3 choices in main and delicious cakes.Hot drinks were unavailable which wasn’t good, for some reason when we went to get drinks it wasn’t working … Breakfast was a buffet which meant hard, rubbery fried eggs..yuk….but rest was fine and we managed to get tea even if it wasn’t red hot. I would definitely stay again .. O quarto era limpo e confortável, porém um pouco frio… Fui em uma viagem de ônibus e todos os nossos quartos eram frios. Os funcionários foram todos adoráveis, incluindo os funcionários do bar e do café da manhã ... a comida era boa, com opções de jantar para todos os gostos, um tipo de sopa, 3 opções de bolos principais e deliciosos. Bebidas quentes não estavam disponíveis, o que não era bom, por algum motivo, quando fomos buscar bebidas, não estava funcionando … O café da manhã era um buffet, o que significava ovos fritos duros e emborrachados. chá, mesmo que não estivesse em brasa. Eu com certeza ficaria de novo ..”
