“The location (easy access on bus route to city center) and free parking were the best features. Desk staff were always too busy. I was surprised that staff did not stop what they were doing to assist with the line. A housekeeping request was not fulfilled; had to flag down a housekeeping person for extra towels/bedding. Bathroom s/b cleaner.”
