This stay was nice including the pool and room only downfall was that there was a homeless man following me through the hallways for over 40 minutes asking for a dollar and the front desk people did not do anything and the homeless man was knocking on our door squealing till 4:27 AM and was banging on the door trying to get in then eventually left to bother another visitor but overall great rooms and an awesome experience despite that!! Definitely would recommend!

First, there's no parking at all. You have to drive around a very sketchy neighborhood to try and find parking. There's only two parking meters in front of the property, and they are always taken. Next, the room was dirty. The sheets, towels, and pillow cases were stained with something red. There were old pancakes and a banana from the breakfast on the floor when we entered the room. The toilet didn't work in room 612, so we had to ask them to come up to the room three times to fix it, before finally being switched to room 512. The shower was loose, and the shower curtain was hung three inches above the top of the bathtub, so when you used the shower the water went all over the floor. The towel hanger on the back of the bathroom door was ripped out of the door. In the new room we were missing the blanket, and only had a sheet on one bed. There are subway trains literally right outside the hotel, so you will hear them running every few minutes, and they are loud, and will keep you awake. We received a 25% discount on our stay, but then after leaving, two days later I was charged $45.84 with no explanation. I've called numerous times, and they have no idea why I was charged anything, and the Manager is never available. They quit answering their phones, so perhaps they see the caller id. I've now had to file a claim with my credit card company, and I'm literally on hold with IHG Corporate HQ for about 30 minutes thus far. I would absolutely NOT recommend this location.

Reservei um quarto standard e tinha uma vista muito agradável. A recepção poderia ter sido mais amigável para uma melhor experiência de estadia. Existem áreas mais estreitas, como as áreas de elevador e o lobby é bastante pequeno em comparação com a maioria em que já estive. Este era o único hotel na área que oferecia privilégios de entrada / saída e ainda tinha taxas razoáveis ​​de manobrista. No geral, eu ficaria novamente e recomendo.

Only needed a one night stay for a funeral. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a decent size along with the bathroom. Booked a standard room and it had a very nice view. The front desk could have been friendlier for a better stay experience. There are more narrow areas such as the elevator areas and the lobby is rather small compared to most I've been in. This was the only hotel in the area that offered in/out privileges and still had reasonable valet charges. Overall I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any hotel. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. Perfect hotel for visiting the area. Great rates too! I'll definitely be back! And in this time of COVID, I felt very safe.

Brooklyn hotels must endure some serious abuse, the furniture is always damaged. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable, the location is central, the hotel wasn't noisy, the elevators and AC worked, and most importantly the bed was comfortable all things I've come to realize aren't guaranteed in Brooklyn. I would've appreciated some additional assurance that the room had been adequately sanitized.

The stay was enjoyable however when I was directed to dial 608 for towels ... I was met with a busy signal everytime. The elevator was slow as hell; thank goodness for the stairs, which I used more often than not. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
