Muito decepcionante para um Holiday Inn e as questões vão além de covid. O hotel mostra claramente a sua idade e necessita de uma remodelação. Meu quarto no check-in tinha uma luz de entrada que não funcionava. Parte do teto havia descascado. A fechadura não engatou totalmente. Então, eram as pequenas coisas que ficavam irritantes. Sem tampa no balde de gelo. Sem portas USB em nenhuma das tomadas. Nenhum temporizador de suspensão na TV. A banheira / chuveiro era uma armadilha mortal apenas esperando que eu escorregasse enquanto os adesivos antiderrapantes eram usados. Perdi o equilíbrio duas vezes na semana, salvo apenas pela barra de retenção. A saliência sob o espelho / luz do banheiro não é grande o suficiente para conter artigos de toalete normais. Quanto às amenidades, o restaurante estava fechado, exceto para o jantar. Máquinas de gelo em andares alternados. Uma única máquina de lavar e secar roupa para todo o hotel e nenhum serviço de lavanderia adicional. (E a secadora quebrou até quarta-feira). Os pontos positivos: as pessoas eram geralmente agradáveis e a cama era decente. Ao todo, muito decepcionante para um hotel Holiday Inn.

Very disappointing for a Holiday Inn and the issues go beyond covid. The hotel is clearly showing its age and in need of a remodel. My room upon check in had a non functioning entry light. Part of the ceiling had peeled away. The dead bolt did not engage all the way. Then it was the little things that got annoying. No lid on the ice bucket. No USB ports on any of the outlets. No sleep timer on the TV. The bathtub/shower was a death trap just waiting for me to slip as the non slip stickers were worn. I lost my footing twice in a week saved only by the hold bar. The ledge under the bathroom mirror/light is not wide enough to hold normal toiletries. As for amenities, the restaurant was closed except for dinner. Ice machines every other floor. A single washer and dryer for the entire hotel and no additional laundry service. (And the dryer was broken until Wednesday). The positives: the people were generally nice and the bed was decent. All in all, very disappointing for a Holiday Inn property.

Went to a wedding at this hotel. The conference rooms are very roomy and convenient. The grand ballroom has an upper floor that can be used for an event. Nice place

The rooms are clean and fairly new in condition and style. Recreation room is kind of odd in that the pool is in same large indoor room as the basketball area, bumper pool table and foosball table. Makes it kind of really humid and warm in there... not to my liking. But at least there is a recreation area. Rooms (mine and my friends) both had evidence of water damage in the popcorn ceiling, my room had evidence of water damage on the wall next to and below the window. Would have given this a 3 star except for the amazing worker behind the desk, Christian, he was the perfect example of what someone in guest services should be like. He was extremely polite and professional. I watched him check in several guests in front of me, each with a multitude of questions (and some with attitude), yet still have more than enough patience and professionalism to answer my questions without anything but pure politeness. Also the staff at your breakfast servings were nothing but kind and attentive. Holiday Inn, you need to keep these employees, pay them more and train & promote Christian.

A great stay! The hotel was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and clean. The breakfast was quite pleasant. Most importantly for our enjoyment, the staff was great. They were friendly, and met our needs well. I highly recommend!!

When we got there the room wasn't ready, even though we had a reservation. Not a big deal. But then our room had literally one bath towel, one floor towel and a face cloth. The bed only had three pillows. The air conditioner didn't work. All of the staff were extremely nice. No fault to the staff, I know places are short handed. Not what we were expecting though. Ugh.

Un hotela todo dar, cómodo (no barato), acogedor con buen servicio y un desayuno excelente. El personal de recepción super amable y hasta divertido (saludos Chu). Estáen una zona tranquila de Somerville llamado Bunker hill. Tiene gimnasio, piscina y hasta lavandería si no quieres usar el servicio de lavado y planchado.
