“Everything It's my favorite hotel!! The maid had to come change sheet on our bed, and she dropped the clean ones on the floor to strip the bed that's not cool”

“Beautiful hotel in a great location. Walking distance to shopping restaurants and points of interest. Bathroom sink was dirty and paper cup was taped to bathroom faucet - perhaps an incomplete cleaning job. Room was not ready at check-in time (many other guests had this experience too). Under-building parking is tight and it takes two elevator rides to reach car from room. Breakfast is not provided. Wi-if is free but extra work is required if not Hilton Honors member. Grocery and convenience stores are not nearby.”
