“Un sitio maravilloso para descansar y recargar energía, servicio muy atento y agradable. El hotel ha sido reformado por completo, abrió de nuevo en junio 2021 bajo nuevos propietarios. Tiene su propia capilla con acústica increíble, hacen conciertos allí. Tiene campo de fútbol tamaño oficial, pistas de tenis, 2 piscinas fuera y spa con otra piscina. Varios restaurantes y parking gratuito buen grande.”

“We’ve been to many five star hotels all over the world and can’t understand how the Zoetry justifies its classification. Out of many points to mention we’ve never experienced worse service. The breakfast and dinner service is totally uncoordinated. Every morning you wait for 20 min until someone arrives to take your order. You can be sure that 2 out of 5 things will never arrive. After some days we thought it’s a joke. Every other equally priced place we’ve been to the personell greets you by name and remembers automatically which coffee you’ve ordered the day before. We thought to give it a chance for dinner expecting it has to be better but you will be encountered with the same personell, the same incredibly bad service and just another night of frustration. Since other tables experience the same, you are just surrounded by people complaining to the personell. Unfortunately, you would need to take a longer ride to any other restaurant nearby.
In terms of rooms and sleeping quality, the interior has aged a lot and you will hear the room service making its way through the hallway every early morning. Same holds true for noises from the neighbours.
All in all, it’s a pity because the location has a lot of potential. However, you will find many other rural hotels on the island offering great value for money.”
