“We had an amazing stay at the Hilton. The staff was really nice and helpful. It was close to the Osaka Station so gave us easy access to the trains and buses to explore Osaka easily. The room was clean and spacious and we had a nice view of the city. We also ordered room service and the food was delicious. There's also a smoking lounge available on the third floor (this is important for smokers since the entire city is smoke-free except for set locations)”

“The hotel is in a convenient location and the room we eventually got was nice. However when we first checked in the desk staff made it sound like there was some problem with our original room and we needed to move for a night. It was extremely confusing but we eventually realized they were trying to upgrade us to a suite which would have been an extra $500 a day. They were pretty persistent and it was hard to just get the original room we had booked. It was very jarring after staying in such friendly hotels everywhere else in Japan. It made me like Hilton less. I think in the future I will stick to smaller, local hotel chains.”
