“Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel! This is historical building - hospice (!) - and the atmosphere is heavy, even creepy sometimes. Rooms were dark, with wooden paneling, mine was a bit stinky. I definitely didn't like the colors and poor finish of the walls, floors or other elements of the room. Very little space in the bathroom for your stuff. Ugly WC, which was separated from the bathroom. The breakfast very modest - not a 5star hotel standard. Just a few products, eggs, some pastry. Nothing special. All of this is OK for 3 star hotel, but I feel mislead with 5stars. Summarising, just for fans of sleeping in old hospice...”

“The service we received went way above the term customer service, customer support too. Nothing was too much trouble. Extremely friendly and thoughtful. Food and wine at the Restaurant was outstanding. Fantastic old building, full of character blended with Hi tech glass and stainless steel. The hotel bar is a light and airy space and again with courteous service in the evening after a evening out. A few names I can remember were Eve, Thomas and Clark. Keep up the good work. You have set new standards in customer service and quality.”
