Pretty good location, with a little over a 10 minute drive to the downtown area. Quick access to the interstate and several cute little coffee shops. Appeared to be an older hotel but very well kept and super clean. Most importantly for me, bringing my pups, it was pet friendly with only a very small pet fee and seemed to be a quiet, safe space to walk around. Would stay again.

Skip this place. Location is no good, a homeless person that was bouncing around confidently walked into the lobby at 6:00am when I went down for coffee and started filling up a bowl with oatmeal, cereal and grabbing other things before heading back outside - so I went back to the room and told my family we would be eating somewhere else - the front desk attendant was in the back doing something else and it didn't strike me as unusual given where the hotel is located. If you NEED a place to sleep it's fine, if you can stay somewhere else I'd recommend it.

Are we all talking about the same hotel? I thought it was great. Good service, clean rooms, comfy beds, and a great breakfast. For people saying it’s a “sketchy” neighborhood well…you’re in Santa Fe. Just lock your car and bring your stuff inside, duh. I don’t stay in bad areas and have left prepaid rooms because I didn’t feel comfortable.The only thing I missed was a bathtub, and the attached shower head is positioned so you can’t adjust the temperature without getting wet, but hardly a dealbreaker. I’ll be back with my family.

Not that impressed. Fine if you're not looking to stay longer than 1 night or even less. Walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors, screaming kids, housekeeping carts. Get a room on the top floor if you don't want to be woken up by stomping on the ceiling. The hallways smelled weird like smoke and cleaning products The continental breakfast was subpar and the worst coffee I've ever had. The room itself was clean but the strangest interior decoration. The location is convenient.

Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Indoor pool was clean and had towels out for guests. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is really good! Second stay for me and plan to come back!

This is a little bit of an older Fairfield but it is clearly well cared for. Our room was perfectly clean and they were so gracious to put us in a room near an exit so it was easier to walk our dogs. The people who work here are so nice and made sure we had a good stay. There were plenty of spots for our dogs to walk around and it’s on a street with a great sidewalk if you want to walk your dogs further.

Pretty good location on a main street and not too noisy at night in a room near back of hotel. Lots of restaurants around and a Walmart a few blocks away. Breakfast was good; pretty standard fare for these types of chain hotels. Staff was very nice. Room was nice size but dark colour decor which could be brightened up on next refurbishment. Would consider staying here again next time in town.

Desperately in need of updating. Both the room and the common areas were super run down. Mattresses were uncomfortable but at least the pillows were okay. Very noisy! We could clearly hear people upstairs and outside our room. Front desk staff was nice enough. Would have loved to soak in the hot tub after driving all day but it was just warm and the jets were weak. I wouldn’t leave anything valuable or otherwise out in the car. Some of the exterior doors don’t look very secure either. Overall fine for one night of a road-trip but I won’t choose to come back next time we’re in the area. Definitely would have expected better from a Fairfield/Marriott.

Great quiet location, a bit off the main road. After a long drive, it had a lot of nice open area to walk around and I felt safe . Loved it! Great hot breakfast and dining area. Nicely appointed hotel with modern updated furnishings - we would definitely return . Close to bandolier national monument!

Rooms are extremely small, we are a family of 4 and it was very crowded. Rooms need to be vacuumed better. We found old food under the bed skirts and sofa bed. Breakfast has a large selection, but the quality was not the best. Staff is amazing! We had an issue with the first room and they quickly put us in another room. Location is great, very close to everything you would need!
