Fantastic rooms for the price! For a king size bed/room, it comes with a fullkitchen, living area and a nice stand up shower divided by sink/mirrors.Pillows are a bit too squishy but if you can mold it to your liking, the bed is comfortable.I would give this a 5 star but they are limited with elevators which may lead you to walk with luggage a mile to your room. Unless you dont mind the staircase, which they have more of in and around the premises.

Nós absolutamente amamos a nossa estadia no Sonesta. A equipe, jardim e comodidades gerais foram exatamente o que esperamos. A localização é maravilhosa também. As camas são super confortáveis e o quarto em que ficamos (estúdio king) foi perfeito para a nossa estadia. A área da piscina foi incrível! Nós com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente.

Disfruté de nuestra estancia. La zona de la piscina era muy agradable, los otros huéspedes fueron muy amables. La habitación estaba limpia, moderna y bien decorada, pero la alfombra necesitará una limpieza o una renovación pronto. Este es un lugar orientado a la familia, así que si los niños te molestan, dirígete a otro lugar.

I enjoyed our stay. The pool area was very nice, the other guests were super friendly. The room was clean, modern and decorated well but the carpeting will need cleaning or updating soon. This is a family oriented location so if children bother you, head elsewhere.

We have absolutely loved our stay at the Sonesta. The staff, grounds, and overall amenities have been exactly what we would hope for. The location is wonderful as well. The beds are super comfy and the overall room we stayed in (king studio) was perfect for our stay. The pool area was awesome! We would absolutely stay here again.

Quando fiquei neste estabelecimento, eles tinham as camas e travesseiros mais incríveis! Na verdade, comprei o mesmo tipo de cama. Melhor decisão da minha vida. Tirei uma foto da etiqueta do travesseiro, mas não consegui combinar o travesseiro com o comerciante. Eles precisavam de mais informações. Tomé una foto de la etiqueta de la almohada, pero no pude hacer coincidir la almohada con el comerciante. Necesitaban más información. When I stayed at this property they had the most amazing beds and pillows! I actually purchased the same type of bed. Best decision of my life. I took a picture of the pillow tag but was unable to match the pillow with the merchant. They needed more info. I called Gainey and spoke to an amazingly awesome gentlemen name Josh. He was so pleasant, helpful and super knowledgeable. He was able to provide me with what I needed. Thank you Josh for the best customer service experience!

Alugamos uma suíte de 2 quartos, 2 banheiros. Ótimas comodidades nos banheiros. A área de estar era menor do que outros resorts que freqüentamos. A cozinha não estava totalmente abastecida e sem fogão. O alcance era baixo, mas fez o trabalho. Precisávamos limpar a torradeira antes de usar, pois havia detritos no interior fazendo fumaça e não queríamos que o detector de fumaça disparasse. Ótimo café-da-manhã de cortesia e 17:00 happy hour com comida. Muito social com muitas áreas de estar ao redor da piscina, cachoeiras, sob as árvores. A área externa compensou qualquer problema dentro de nossas suítes. Estadia muito relaxante.

Adorei tudo sobre esse estabelecimento - os quartos, o serviço, o happy hour, a localização (muito a uma curta distância), o paisagismo e as áreas da piscina. Foi tudo muito bom. É bom ter uma propriedade pequena e aconchegante o suficiente, mas também com muito espaço para um grande evento. A equipe e o serviço também foram incríveis!

Alquilamos una suite de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños. Buenas comodidades en los baños. El área de estar era más pequeña que en otros resorts que frecuentamos. La cocina no estaba completamente equipada y no había estufa. El rango era de gama baja, pero hizo el trabajo. Necesitaba limpiar la tostadora antes de usarla, ya que había escombros adentro que hacían humo y no queríamos que el detector de humo se disparara. Gran desayuno de cortesía y hora feliz con comida a las 5 p. m. Muy social con muchas áreas para sentarse alrededor de la piscina, caídas de agua, debajo de los árboles. El área al aire libre compensó cualquier problema dentro de nuestras suites. estancia muy relajante.

Loved everything about this property- the rooms, the service, the happy hour, the location (plenty within walking distance), the landscaping and pool areas. It was all really great. Nice to have a property that’s small and cozy enough, but also plenty of space for a big event. The staff and service were also amazing!

We rented a 2 bedroom suite, 2 bath. Nice amenities in bathrooms. Living area was smaller than other resorts we frequent. Kitchen was not fully stocked and no stove. Range was low-end, but did the job. Needed to clean the toaster before using as there was debris inside making it smoke and we didn't want the smoke detector going off. Great complimentary breakfast and 5 PM happy hour with food. Very social with plenty of seating areas around the pool, water falls, under the trees. The outdoor area made up for any issues within our suites. Very relaxing stay.

Close to Mayo clinic great access for appointments . Excellent friendly staff . Shuttle service excellent . Nice pool and courtyard area . However no automatic towel exchange or garbage removal for 6 days !When we requested fresh towels on Day 6 we were told we could have exchanged them daily if we brought towels to the front deskStated that this information was included in the handout at checkin. ?? Very limited menu and very limited hours of operation at the bistro . The smell of the fryer pervades 1/2 down the hallway . The Air conditioner was very noisy . We had to turn it off so we could get to sleep

After speaking with several staff members that lead me to dead ends, he personally looked into my problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. I can't thank him enough for his help with this because it totally changed my entire experience. He took my experience for a 1-star to a 5-star in a matter of minutes, and I respect so much the confidence he has in his team and their professionalism. Worst hotel experience of my entire life - staff were rude, and threatening when I let them know I left an extremely expensive pair of shoes in the room. I was told the shoes “weren’t found” although they were sitting in the middle of the room. Only when I told them I was pressing charges against the staff for theft under $1000 was I then passed on to the property manager who didn’t even have the courtesy to call me back. I would not trust anything to be left inside the rooms of this hotel because the staff will simply just steal it and say it was never found. This was the most unprofessional experience of my entire life and I’m surely going to pursue charges against both the hotel and the individual staff members who stole my things. Never even consider staying here because they have no idea about honestly, and compassion for their guests.

Minha esposa e eu ficamos aqui para o nosso aniversário de casamento no fim de semana de 14/8/21 e tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa. Nosso quarto era ótimo! Limpo e fresco! Parecia muito particular para uma suíte de hotel. A piscina era incrível. Pessoal foi fantástico! Perto de muitos melhores restaurantes de Scottsdale. Ficaríamos TOTALMENTE aqui novamente!

Where do I start? Been coming to this "resort" for years before and then after it was acquired by Sonesta. We have always loved this place in the past. Unfortunately I cannot recommend anymore. Current ownership is severely lacking. The rooms are a bit dated, need some upgrading for the money charged. Our bed was unbearably hard and hurt our backs, no sleep. The shower door hits the toilet and the sofa sinks in the middle - not comfortable. The breakfast and evening reception "grab and go in a box" was terrible - nothing like the hot meals they used to serve. I could go on and on. No manager on site entire weekend - not even a call when requested. Front desk staff apathetic toward our concerns and begrudgingly switched our room the next night. Room was no better. It pains me to say after 7 years of coming here - we will not be back. Don't waste your time, book somewhere else if quality is what you seek.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary the weekend of 8/14/21 and had a wonderful experience. Our room was great! Clean and fresh! Felt very private for a hotel suite. The pool was awesome. Staff was fantastic! Close to a lot Scottsdale finest restaurants. We would TOTALLY stay here again!

Coisas boas são ótima localização, hora social gratuita à noite e um ótimo layout de suíte. Bem equipados, mas os colchões são velhos ou bem usados. Caído nas laterais e no meio. Snafu ao verificar. Tenha cuidado ao reservar quando você pedir um quarto longe do elevador para pedir também fora da sala de gelo e venda automática, que é onde eles tentaram nos colocar. Disse que estavam cheios, então esperei mais de uma hora para que limpassem outro. Isso foi bom, mas eles não nos ligaram como disseram, quando o quarto estava pronto. Piscina decente, mas muitas crianças. Sugira que considerem um adulto apenas uma ou duas horas. Itens de bar muito caros. A garrafa de cerveja custa mais de $ 6,00!

Instalação muito agradável! Fui convidado a participar de um jantar planejado por uma querida amiga para seu pai. A refeição estava deliciosa e os funcionários que trabalharam no evento foram profissionais ... foi bom ver o Chef dar uma volta no final da refeição. A única experiência desagradável foi o arranjo apertado dos assentos das mesas ... tornou extremamente difícil de manobrar para os hóspedes e funcionários. Falei com várias pessoas que eram hóspedes do hotel e todos ficaram satisfeitos com os quartos disponíveis e os preços. Eu definitivamente consideraria ficar neste hotel se for necessário!

Good things are great location,free evening social hour and great suite room layout. Well equippedbut mattresses are either old or well used.Slumped on sides and middle. Snafu upon checking.Be careful when reserving when you ask for a room away from an elevator to also ask away from ice and vending room, which is where they tried to put us.Said they were full so waited over an hour for them to clean another.That was fine but they failed to call us as they said, when room was ready.Decent pool but lots of kids.Suggest they consider an adult only hour or two.Bar items very expensive. Bottle of beer is over $6.00!

Very nice facility! I was invited to attend a dinner event planned by a dear friend for her father. The meal was delicious and the staff who worked the event were professional...it was pleasing to see the Chef do a walk-through as the meal was ending. The only unpleasant experience was the tight seating arrangement of the tables...made it extremely difficult to maneuver for guests and staff. I spoke to several folks who were guests of the hotel and they all were pleased with the rooms available and pricing. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel if the need arises!
