“After ample requests, they send 2 'wipes' after 50 mins of asking for a sanitizer ! Hope you are proud of yourself Team Sheraton!”
— Sonia Mukherjee
“Sub par rooms, air conditioners are issues. They should explore aesthetic grills and sliding windows, whats the point otherwise. Food was quite bad… breakfast and dinner. The executive chef Maroof took extra steps to make things work hence an extra star pushing it to 4. Wish they would invest in more than just planning of menu and improve taste and quality. Basic veg biryani and noodles could be better. Pastries just simple cheaper nicer and fresher could work. Maybe we just had bad weekend food wise?”
