Lovely couple of days of golfing and a fab room. The beds are really comfortable. I was in a twin room and both had double beds. The food was a little to be desired but for the money (dinner bed and breakfast and golf) you can't have the highest expectations. 24/25 September. Rooms were very well presented, beds were very comfortable, though some minor maintenance matters had not been attended to, such as the paint coming off the back of the bathroom door bottom due to poor design which allowed shower water to warp the door material. Tea and coffee facilities in room were provided as was Freeview. Basic amenities provided, bedside fan was provided but sounded like a freight train 🚂. No air conditioning was available in the room and it was quite toasty in the evening. More staff in the restaurant on an evening are needed, the wait staff work bloody hard and kept a positive disposition (they were awesome)- but it was very busy and service times were impacted. The food quality was generally okay, however the meatball starter was very small and overpriced for what it was. There were a number of bad chips with the main (basic quality control should have picked these out) though the burger was very good. Definitely recommend the sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel ice cream, it was heavenly. Reception staff were amazing. Breakfast was excellent, full English and continental provided. Location was generally good, but there is a truck park of some sort located in the next plot of land, the sound of large vehicles driving up and down outside at 12am meant we couldn't sleep with the windows open. In short, when this hotel was first commissioned I'm sure it was 4 stars but in honesty I think that's a bit kind. Definitely an excellent three star establishment. More staff on an evening for meals, better quality control before sending food out, air conditioning in the rooms, and attendance to basic lapsed maintenance, and I think it would live up to its 4 star aspirations. We enjoyed our stay here, and possibly would come again.SPA: The spa was really nice, massages were great, pool was bloody cold but this was mitigated by the lovely sauna and steam room. Jacuzzi was a nice touch. Overall I would certainly recommend the experience. 24/25 de setembro. Não nos foi dada qualquer informação sobre o check-in que não seja a chave do nosso quarto.Nas inúmeras vezes em que tentei ligar para a recepção, ninguém atendeu o telefone ou nos ligou de volta.Os quartos eram ok, mas não o que eu conheço um Hilton ou um 4 estrelas. As janelas do nosso quarto também estavam voltadas para as lixeiras. O quarto tinha uma grande rachadura na parede também.Os tratamentos de spa nós adoráveis, mas o spa não era ótimo. A piscina estava muito fria para nadar, a jacuzzi era pequena e cheia, igual à sauna a vapor e à sauna. Meu marido e eu decidimos esperar nas camas quentes, mas uma não funcionou. Então desistimos como um trabalho ruim e voltamos para o nosso quarto.Acordamos em várias ocasiões na noite de sábado por motoristas / funcionários de entrega gritando um com o outro do lado de fora do nosso quarto às 3 da manhã!Eu não recomendaria este hotel devido à nossa experiência. We were not given any information on check in other than our room key.On the numerous times I tried to call reception nobody answered the phone or ever called us back.The rooms were okay , but not what I know a Hilton or a 4 star to be. No nos dieron ninguna información sobre el registro que no sea la llave de nuestra habitación.En las numerosas veces que traté de llamar a recepción, nadie contestó el teléfono ni nos devolvió la llamada.Las habitaciones estaban bien, pero no lo que sé que es un Hilton o un 4 estrellas. Las ventanas de nuestra habitación también daban a los contenedores. La habitación también tenía una gran grieta en la pared.Los tratamientos de spa eran encantadores, pero el spa no era genial. La piscina estaba demasiado fría para nadar en ella, el jacuzzi era pequeño y estaba lleno, al igual que la sala de vapor y la sauna. Only use the pool facilities so can't comment on rooms. Staff seem pleasant although I have little interaction with them. Very happy with the pool although one of the heated loungers has been broken for week and not fixed. Some lockers need maintenance but other than that very happy. The rooms we stayed in were supposed to be deluxe but are old, dated and a bit run down can do with a refurb. The carpet was not clean as there were some marks that I suppose were not removable. I have given 4 stars because the golf course is really good as well as the service in general, if the rooms were good then it would be a 5 star. Recentemente, fomos para um fim de semana de golfe para Forest Pines e o golfe foi ótimo, como de costume. O serviço no hotel e restaurantes foi ótimo e os funcionários foram acolhedores e amigáveis. Os quartos em que ficamos deveriam ser deluxe, mas são antigos, datados e um pouco degradados pode fazer com uma reforma. O tapete não estava limpo, pois havia algumas marcas que suponho que não eram removíveis. Eu dei 4 estrelas porque o campo de golfe é muito bom, bem como o serviço em geral, se os quartos fossem bons, então seria um 5 estrelas.

A equipe foi amigável e muito útil em todo o hotel. A comida era muito boa, especialmente o café da manhã com uma grande variedade para todos os gostos. Os campos de golfe foram excelentes e as entradas do campo foram muito úteis. Em tudo definitivamente vale a pena voltar.
