Top hotel. Toda a equipe é muito gentil e atenta para satisfazer todas as necessidades ou desejos da clientela. Excelente restaurante buffet piso térreo. Os quartos são grandes e perfeitamente insonorizados. A casa de banho de cada quarto tem uma grande banheira, chuveiro e um banheiro tecnológico absolutamente incrível. Infelizmente apenas alguns funcionários para as diversas tarefas são fluentes em Inglês, incluindo menção feliz jovem Maggie, que tem brilhantemente resolvido um par de situações onde eu não poderia enfrentá-lo sozinho.

Esta foi uma experiência fantástica do início ao fim. Esta foi a nossa primeira viagem à China e chegamos muito cedo da Nova Zelândia, a equipe nos providenciou um quarto para nos refrescarmos enquanto o quarto estava pronto.Do ponto de vista do jantar, só tomamos café da manhã no hotel, e a comida era excelente. Houve uma ampla seleção de cozinha local e internacional.Nosso quarto era uma suíte de um quarto e era incrível, com vista para os edifícios de distrito de alta tecnologia.Todas as comodidades eram de alta qualidade e utilizamos o centro de fitness e a piscina.Os funcionários da portaria foram muito prestativos e recomendaram vários locais a visitar, incluindo encomendar um táxi para o destino e fornecer um cartão para mostrar aos motoristas de táxi para regressar ao hotel ou outros destinos turísticos.Um dos funcionários James Zhan foi especialmente útil e amigável e fez a sua estadia ainda mais memorável. Eu recomendo este hotel para quem deseja visitar Chengdu.

Esta fue una experiencia fantástica de principio a fin. Este fue nuestro primer viaje a China y llegamos muy temprano en la mañana desde Nueva Zelanda, el personal nos proporcionó una habitación para refrescarnos mientras nuestra habitación estaba lista.Desde una perspectiva gastronómica, solo desayunamos en el hotel y la comida fue excelente. Había una amplia selección de cocina local e internacional.Nuestra habitación era una suite de un dormitorio, y era increíble con vistas a los edificios del distrito de alta tecnología.Todas las comodidades eran de alta calidad y hicimos uso del gimnasio y la piscina.El personal de conserjería fue muy servicial y recomendó varios lugares para visitar, incluido pedir el taxi al destino y proporcionar una tarjeta para mostrar a los taxistas para regresar al hotel u otros destinos turísticos.Uno de los miembros del personal, James Zhan, fue especialmente servicial y amable e hizo que la estancia fuera aún más memorable. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This was our first trip to China and We arrived very early in the morning from New Zealand, the staff provided us a room to refresh in while our room was made ready. From a dining perspective, We only had breakfast at the hotel, and the food was excellent. There was a wide selection of international and local cuisine. Our room was a one bedroom suite, and was incredible with views of the high tech district buildings. All amenities were high quality and we made use of the fitness centre and pool. The concierge staff were very helpful and recommended several places to visit, including ordering the taxi to the destination and providing a card to show to taxi drivers to get back to the hotel or other tourist destinations. One of the staff James Zhan was especially helpful and friendly and made the stay even more memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Chengdu.

Hotel de alto nivel. Todo el personal es muy amable y atento para satisfacer todas las necesidades o deseos de la clientela. Excelente restaurante en la planta baja de buffet. Las habitaciones son amplias y están perfectamente insonorizadas. El baño de cada habitación tiene una gran bañera, ducha y un inodoro tecnológico absolutamente increíble. Desafortunadamente, solo unos pocos empleados en las diversas tareas hablan inglés con fluidez, entre ellos, con mucho gusto menciono a la joven Maggie, quien resolvió brillantemente un par de situaciones que no podría haber enfrentado sola.

The Fairmont Chengdu is simply my favorite hotel!! Definitely the best in Chengdu. I would recommend it to anyone on business or even on holidays. The level of comfort and warmth of their hospitality is outstanding!! I am always happy to stay at Fairmont during my frequent visits... They deserve more than a 5 star rating...

Easily the best hotel for business travels in Chengdu, especially for those going to the hi-tech zone. Everything in the hotel is so refined and functional at the same time. Remote control blinds, in-room lighting with 3 brightness levels, toilet with washing function, not to mention the use of high quality marble and wood in the room for a luxurious touch. I also like that the lobby is always bright, quiet and elegant. It’s slightly cheaper than the Hilton, which is just across the street, and the experience is miles and miles better.
