Is it OK to let employees scream and throw things at guest? The supervisor at this location thinks so. The lady that was supposed to be serving breakfast was extremely rude to all the guest patiently waiting for food. We were all getting seated waiting for breakfast, but she was fussing at us and our children for being in her way. It is a small area, and she could have just nicely said "excuse me". She was slinging silverware loudly, rolling her eyes at us, and yelling at customers for touching anything that came out (it was after 7 at this point). The hostility was escalating and I went to the front desk and asked the supervisor if she could help calm this employee down. The Supervisor asked which employee and I said "the one you can clearly her slinging silverware and yelling" (you could hear it from the front desk).Then it got worse! Another, uninvolved employee started screaming at a customer because he nicely mentioned to the serving lady that the coffee was empty. She was yelling something about " customer service goes both ways" and then started throwing small items. The man asked how letting staff know the coffee was empty was so offensive, and she continued to scream at him. The supervisor did absolutely nothing while this employee completely lost it. Other guest were asking for someone to please remove her. No one did a thing.One breakfast staff employee did quietly go around apologizing to guest, but management did not do anything. I have photos of the violent employee along with one of the supervisors that allowed this verbal abuse towards the customers. É normal deixar os funcionários gritarem e jogarem coisas nos hóspedes? I stayed with these people for a week.They were awesome! Everyone from the desk clerks, to the breakfast personal, to the maintenance man to the men and ladies that took care of cleaning the rooms were Tremendous! I knew many of them by name before I left.I definitely world enjoy another stay with them! They were friendly, personable, helpful and just plain fun to be around! I hope to see them all again! I have stayed at 25 Marriott locations in the last 2 months with my job. This is the first one that didn't make me feel like they wanted me there. I will never stay at this one again. I stayed there last week.This week I am down the road at Springhill Suites and they are great. Treating me the way I am used to being treated at a Marriott. A++++Staff excellent. Checked in process less than 5 min. Covered parking. They have their carpet professionally cleaned and their parking garage professionally clean regularly. Gym in perfect shape. I’ve never given reviews, but this hotel definitely deserves one. Called the property prior to booking about a gift certificate & was told to just book in advance. Did that & was told upon arrival that my certificate would be validated at check out. Check out comes around & I was told I booked the “wrong rate” even though, front desk just told me to book in advance. If I had known that the rates mattered, I simply would’ve booked a different one. Manager could care less, blamed me for the issue even though I had no way of knowing this “policy & procedure”. Very disappointed. Out $400 for a hotel I wouldn’t have booked without the certificate. Corporate can’t “force” the property to give a refund, only the manager can give one. Active water damage & mold on 8th floor & breakfast was sad. 0/5. Eu nunca dei comentários, mas este hotel definitivamente merece um. Stay was perfect ! Would stay again! Parking garage connected to hotel which you can access your floor from was a huge plus! Good view of the passing cars! Updated gym! Super clean blue pool with good lounge area! Lobby was so nice and pretty! Hallways smelled fresh and were so calming with its dark brown tones! Staff was helpful! Snack options were great! Bathroom spacious, bed spacious.. room was very clean! Elevators worked fast! Just a pretty pretty hotel! Will be back! Hope I have many more great experiences at this! We didn’t even wanna leave honestly ugh! Lady at the front with long braid-like hair today at July 17th around 11:00 a.m was so cool! A estadia foi perfeita! Ficaria novamente! Stayed here three years ago and now just recently, what a World of difference and not in a good way.Air conditioning barely worked in room and was moved to another and had same problem.The breakfast use to be fantastic, now it is just some pre wrapped garbage.The large plantation shutters in breakfast area were covered in dust and the exterior windows in breakfast area where filthy.Definitely not worth the price, stay somewhere else, you’ll be glad you did….I was looking forward to staying here again and was gravely disappointed.Not sure if there was a Management change, but Marriott corporate needs to take a close look at this property as it is in a death spiral. O café da manhã costumava ser fantástico, agora é apenas um lixo pré-embrulhado. As grandes persianas na área de café da manhã estavam cobertas de poeira e as janelas externas na área de café da manhã estavam sujas. Definitivamente não vale o preço, fique em outro lugar, você ficará feliz por ter feito .... Eu estava ansioso para ficar aqui novamente e fiquei gravemente desapontado. Não tenho certeza se houve uma mudança de gerenciamento, mas a empresa Marriott precisa dar uma olhada nessa propriedade, pois está em uma espiral da morte.

Parking garage is small and tight on each level, doesn’t support trucks of big SUV’s well. Parking is also $12 which is so ridiculous. Small outside pool. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are looking for great quality. Muy comodo exelentelugar para descansar

Buenas tardes llegamos al hotel mi esposa , hija y yo el día 21 de octubre para una estadía de 3 noches , fue una decepción ya que durante los 3 días no hubo limpieza de habitación ni cambio de toallas , tampoco cambio de sábanas ni siquiera pasaron a recoger la basura de mustra habitación, hicimos el reclamo en recepción y nos contestaron que por covid no hacían servicio de de habitación por lo cual la respuesta fue un poco absurda , cuando reservamos esto no lo informaron ni tampoco a la llegada al hotel, igualmente el desayuno los sándwich empacados en unas bolsas y viejos. No nos gustó para nada no recomendable es una pena por los hoteles merriot, la próxima vez elegiremos otra cadena de hoteles. Muchas gracias.

Buena, hubo un detalle peroatendieron muy amablemente mi solicitud. Entiendo que muchas empresas pasan por falta de personal pero no debemos dejar la calidad descuidada.
