This hotel is wonderful. It has a courtyard and nice pool in the middle of the property. There's plenty of on site parking and it's really close to some restaurants across the walkway. They serve breakfast in a building close to the lobby so it's a separate space with plenty of seating. The hotel was renovated at the beginning of the year so everything is still new. Carpets are clean and fresh. We were on the third floor and still had great water pressure. It's close to a highway and there's a casino next door if you like to gamble. We were in the back so I didn't hear any road noise. They also have on site security. I had a very enjoyable stay. Every employee I spoke with was very friendly, which is always important to me. The rooms have plenty of USB plugs and a nice large TV with showtime included. I'm glad we picked this hotel.

I’ve been to a lot of hotels in my life and this is the best one I’ve ever been to by far. We came December 2-4 and right off the bat the staff was super nice and welcoming! (I don’t know his name but it’s the guy with the lil peep tattoos on his hands; hi!!) The room was awesome and clean we really enjoyed our stay. It’s very quiet and wasn’t busy at all when we came, it was very private. The prices are literally amazing for what you get especially since it’s right by the airport. They do offer complimentary breakfast and there are a few food places right in front of the hotel as well as a chevron you can get snacks at. There’s also a bunch of restaurants just right down the street. This is 100% the only hotel I’ll be staying at in San Jose from now on. Thank you guys for making our stay great!!

Perfect location before a morning flight out of SJC. Seems like most hotels have gotten rid of their shuttles but this property has rides to the airport every 15 min starting at 5AM. Rooms have recently been renovated. Modern and clean. Only complaint is that there are no feather pillows in the room.

I really appreciated the ride to and from the airport. I was able to drop my car off the evening before and get a ride to the hotel and then an early ride the next day. You do need to reserve (call) the hotel to get the van to pick you up and drop you off. The three stars is due to the fingernail, which was not mine, that I found in between the sheets of my bed. The room is functional, small, and perfect for an overnight stay. There's a coffee pot, mini fridge, and hairdryer. The shower had so-so water pressure but it was hot. The bathroom was very clean. And my room had the addition of a fingernail in the bed. Probably never going to go back to this hotel because of the fingernail situation. Also, please note that as of October 2022 they are undergoing renovations and it's a bit messy looking.

What I can say about this hotel is this... It is convenient for getting to the San Jose airport and participates in the Park & Fly program, which is what we used it for. It has really good customer service and offers free shuttle service to the airport. The bed was confortable, the room was standard and had what we needed. The hot water was top notch and the shower was a newer sleek design. It has a handful of quick places to eat right next door, which is convenient, as well.

They let us check in early and were so kind at the front desk. The property is lovely, but our room smells like cat poo. I'm not sure if this is a pet friendly property, but the smell is quite...
