I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville MetroCenter this past weekend with my family (three adults, one child) for a short getaway. When looking for a place near downtown Nashville, we found that this location had lower pricing, free breakfast, an indoor pool, cheaper parking ($10 nightly) than other hotels and a free shuttle that will take you anywhere within a four mile radius. All of these amenities were useful during our stay. We consistently experienced good customer service from Mrs. Jeanet working at the front desk when it came to answering my questions and providing local recommendations for my family. The housekeeping staff and shuttle drivers were conversational and friendly as well. Our room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was well lit and included the necessary items for the number of people in our room. The cleanliness was fair as well. We took extra steps to sanitize as well. We were in room 219, so you could hear a bit of sound from the street as the hotel is within walking distance of a gas station and a few fast-food restaurants (Dunkin Donuts and Chipotle). My mother in law heard someone above us walking at like 2 AM on our last night, so I would rate the noise level at a 3. They do observe quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM, but you'd have to report noise to address a loud neighbor and this can be a hassle. Amenities: The heated indoor pool is small and intimate, but worked perfectly for my energetic little one that could not wait to hop in and burn off energy. We used it on our first day. There was also a 24 hour gym that my mother in law took advantage of which had a few treadmills, exercise balls and weights. We ate the free breakfast around 8:30 AM on our second morning. I tried a ham, egg and cheese croissant and one egg frittata. They were both okay. They also had juices, waffle makers, pastries, yogurt (Chobani Greek vanilla yogurt and danon blueberry and raspberry), salsas, oatmeal, boiled eggs and cereal. I liked that included a Silk Oat Milk as a non-dairy alternative. The next morning they had sausages out (chicken and pork), but we ended up taking the shuttle to the downtown area to eat at the Pancake Pantry. The FREE shuttle was one of my favorite parts of the hotel experience. It runs daily from 7 AM to 11 PM, with the last departure from the hotel being at 10:30 PM. We used the shuttle to go EVERYWHERE and it saved us so much money on parking, ubering and gas, even with us bringing cash for tips. Allie was friendly and accommodating and provided great context around the area and things to do in Nashville. Kim told us about the National African American Music Museum and where to find good soul food. The free shuttle took us to the Gulch area, the Adventure Science Center, The Nashville Farmer's Market, downtown Nashville area which had plenty of cool things to do including the National African American Music Museum. We literally did not move our car one time after parking it. Overall, we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, couples and single people.

Good price, great location, very quie, and super clean. Had a great experience here Feb of 2023. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was a nice surprise.

So I did not stay at this hotel but I stayed at the Home2 Suites where I was told they provide shuttle service to the hotel I was staying at which was great. We had a great experience with Frank. Super nice picked us up at our hotel took us downtown and picked us up later where we needed him to he was great . Today we took the the shuttle service and was told they would be there in a little while at our hotel 45 min later I called again to see and a gentlemen answered and said we had to wait at the sign in front of the hotel. I said I didn’t know that because the day before we where picked up at the hotel entrance and dropped at our hotel. The guy today was pretty rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be there which is fine then find another job that suits you. Even when he picked us up after just very rude. He was with another guy not sure if he was training or what but he was friendly and made conversation. In the end my point is to be on the same page if using the shuttle from the other hotel because we where told 2 different things and you don’t have to be rude but once again Frank was great from the first day we used the device.

My friends and I came down to have a girls weekend in Nashville and this was the hotel to stay at!! This hotel was very clean and spacious in the two bed room suite we had booked for four girls; they had breakfast provided, as well as the best shuttle service around. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service that brings you from the hotel to any location within 4-5 miles and then will pick you back up to bring you back to the hotel later. We were blown away at how kind everyone was at this hotel. From the front desk to the shuttle drivers, we always had friendly conversations with staff. Some of the staff we would love to recognize is Jannet at the front desk and two of the shuttle drivers, Kim and Karen! These ladies were all outstanding in their hospitality and made our stay a better time than we could have imagined. 10/10 experience with the staff and would love to stay here again when I come back to Nashville!

Great things about my stay: 1. Location was 4 miles from major attractions by car of shuttle 2. Shuttle service was freaking awesome!! The shuttle crew was so awesome.they made our stay there great! They drop off and pickup within a 4 miles radius of all attractions and very accommodating, prompt and super friendly! They need a raise! 3. Room beds are very comfortable. I was able to get a good night sleep 4. Room was clean Not so great about trip: 1. Staff manager and housing keeping seems to be lazy from my observation. 2. Housing did not clean our room while we were out. And no accomodations were made to ever clean it when we inquired if it was possible to have it cleaned. We ran out of body wash and fresh towels. 3. Manager and house keeping sat for hours talking about world events while guests waited at front. They were slow to accommodate guests 4. They were not very accommodating for later checkout 5. Housekeeping was hard to find on the floor for more towels. This hotel's saving grace is the awesome shuttle team. Hotel needs new manager and house keeping staff that wants to work, not sit in lounge and chit chat.

Grande chuveiro e grande espelho de parede do banheiro iluminado, Cabeça e Ac com termostato ajustável. Tábua de passar e ferro. Muitas lâmpadas de mesa e áreas de alimentação e grandes gavetas para guardar seus pertences. Muito limpo e bem conservado.

Bonita habitación con todas las comodidades. Camas y almohadas súper cómodas. TV por cable, nevera, microondas, caja fuerte para el almacenamiento seguro de objetos de valor, cafetera, cubo de hielo. Gran ducha y espejo de pared de baño grande iluminado, cabeza y aire acondicionado con termostato ajustable. Tabla de planchar y plancha. Un montón de lámparas en el escritorio y áreas para comer y cajones grandes para guardar sus pertenencias. Muy limpio y bien cuidado.

Nice room with all the amenities. Super comfy beds and pillows. Cable TV, Fridge, Microwave, A Safe for secure storage of valuables, Coffee Maker, Ice Bucket. Great shower and large lighted bathroom wall mirror, Head and Ac with adjustable thermostat. Ironing board and iron. Lots of lamps desk and eating areas and big drawers to store your belongings.Very clean and well kept.

We traveled into town for a Garth Brooks concert and our stay at the Fairfield Inn was great. Check in was hassle free, the staff was super courteous, and the room was clean. The 12:00 check out was an added bonus after a great night of country music. The only unfortunate thing about our stay was that the free shuttle was not available on the night we were there. However, we were given free snacks and beverages from the snack bar, which was a nice concession. For the price and proximity to downtown Nashville we would stay here next time we are in town.

Clean, comfy, courteous. Outstanding bath fixtures and products (Paul Mitchell), excellent shuttle service (my man, Roger! 👍), darn good breakfast, and a fine cocktail bar. I couldn't be more satisfied with my stay here.

Muito bom e limpo. Eu estava esperando por mais opções de pão como torradas ou bagels no café da manhã. Também desejava que os carregadores de carro estivessem mais longe do prédio, pois estavam congelados por grandes SUVs que não se incomodavam em encontrar outra vaga de estacionamento.

Personal amable y servicial. Buena ubicación. El desayuno era abundante, muchas opciones tanto frías como calientes. Habitaciones muy bien pensadas hasta el diseño de la ducha con champú en la ducha, crema de enjuague y gel para el cuerpo. La mejor parte es que el hotel ofrece servicio de transporte GRATUITO, creo que hasta las 10:30 entre semana y las 11:00 los fines de semana. Los conductores son muy educados. Very nice and clean. I was hoping for more bread choices like toast or bagels at the breakfast. Also wished the car chargers were farther away from the building as they were iced up by large SUVs who couldn't be bothered to find another parking spot.

Staff helpful and friendly. Good location. The breakfast was plentiful, lots of options both hot and cold. Rooms very well thought out down to the shower layout with in shower shampoo, crème rinse and body gel. The best part is the hotel offers FREE shuttle service I believe until 10:30 weeknights and 11:00 on the weekend. The drivers are so very polite. This option plus the breakfast will save you up to $100 a day alone. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and my husband and I are pretty picky. Great established.

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. La habitación estaba limpia, tranquila, espaciosa y cómoda. El desayuno era bueno. El personal es excelente, es fácil hablar y trabajar con él. Tienen un servicio de transporte gratuito del hotel que te lleva a lugares dentro de un radio de 5 millas. El servicio fue excelente. Volveremos

Staff was great, room was great. Comfy and can't go wrong with breakfast. I had also the opportunity to meet some great people during the weekend stay for the stadium series game. Definitely will come back
