“I booked 4 rooms for family members on graduation weekend and they cancelled my reservations the day before I arrived. After 3 hours at the front desk, they finally got us 4 rooms but charged different and higher rates than the original reservation. The rooms smelled bad, one was missing the refrigerator (just a hole where it was supposed to be), one door had a problem locking, and breakfast was not served one day while the other day it was not edible. We were unaware of it's location across the street from an unsavory Extended Stay, where loud music and squealing tires were common throughout the day and night. 6 months after our stay I finally got an emailed apology. They admitted their fault but thought a simple "sorry" was good enough. As a result, they get this review explaining the sub-par condition of the hotel, the sub-par neighborhood, and the sub-par customer service. One star was a gift, as no stars was not an option. I am a bonvoy member, only stay at Marriott properties, but this one....stay away.”

“We stated at hotel room 226 on March 3. Our AC did not work as well as room phone. We called front desk from cell, complained said they were busy and doubted she could get up there. And she didn't. After warm seepless night there was no one at desk as we lifted. So I addressed the concern with corporate. They immediately gave me a few points which I said was inadequate. Corporate said they'd have local management contact me...they didn't. Corporate said they found no record of our complaint and the issue is resolved. I guess it is for them. This is a hotel management and staff that does not care about the customer. You have other choices choose one that values you and your experience. I am taking my business to Hilton 66b”
