Meu marido e eu queríamos passar um fim de semana em Veneza e o hotel atendeu às nossas expectativas. A 10 minutos de Mestre de carro, está localizado num local sossegado e de fácil acesso a partir da auto-estrada. O pessoal muito atencioso e sempre prestativo nos recebeu com biscoitos quentes realmente deliciosos e o café da manhã internacional foi realmente excelente e farto, além disso, animais de estimação são bem-vindos e tratados adequadamente. Recomendamos vivamente uma estadia nesta propriedade

Amigos nos visitaram de Perugia e eu e meu marido reservamos um quarto para eles neste hotel. Eles ficaram muito satisfeitos. O quarto era novo, limpo e o hotel está localizado em um local de onde é fácil chegar a Veneza, Pádua e Treviso.

Muy sucio, debajo de la barra, debajo de la mesita de cafe hay telarañas y migas, en los baños de mujer hay polvo negro con moscas y los grifos de agua no funcionan bien por la cal. Pero la chica en la recepción era muy amable!

Good hotel, room are cleaned and large, nice hall and building; a bit less positive: position, it is OK not far from the airport but it is too far from any town with no pedestrian connection; breakfast is basic, you expect a bit higher quality food for this volte chain. Anyhow, good business hotel

Experiência totalmente positiva. Hotel moderno, confortável e bem conservado e, ao aderir ao programa Hilton, acessível. Muitos serviços são oferecidos, da academia à piscina, dos deliciosos biscoitos de boas-vindas às latas de água com e sem gás deixadas no quarto todos os dias. Mas os maiores aplausos devem ser dados às boas-vindas às meninas Erika e Alessandra. Jovem, bonita, sorridente, simpática e profissional. Quando uma estadia começa assim, a satisfação é garantida e sentimos muito por partir. Voltarei na primeira oportunidade.

Excelente hotel. Bem equipado. Boas comodidades. Excelente café da manhã e jantar. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. O único problema é que não há nada por perto. Um carro é obrigatório. No entanto, com um carro, este é um bom local para visitar Veneza, Pádua e arredores.

Not what I was expecting when booking a hotel with 'Hilton' in the name...I stayed 1 night but that's enough. I will skip obvious things from staying in such a hotel (room size, free toiletries, facilities listed in hotel's description...). - dirty glass in the room and open toilet like someone used it before (what's the purpose of the 'clean seal' on the door???) - shower leaking all over bathroom - small sofa bed (in DT Brescia the same room type has bigger sofa and is nicer in general) - dirty cocktail tomatoes at the breakfast (I'd say it was dirt from ground - not washed off) - generally not very variated breakfast (I guess it comes with very low occupancy)Some positives, but those hardly offset all the negative points: + staff was nice or very nice, trying to be helpful + plenty of parking space + digital clock next to the bed + kettle in the roomBtw, if you still plan to go there, you can book ahead online - there's no benefit from walk-in

Excellent hotel. Well appointed. Good amenities. Great breakfast and dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. The only quibble is there is nothing nearby. A car is a must. However, with a car this is a good location from which to visit Venice, Padua, and the surrounding area.

Stayed here because our plane had issues. They rather quickly had a room for everyone. The meal provided wasn't special but with only a moments notice it was fine. Room clean and big enough.

Nos primeiros dois dias estive com um ar condicionado que não funciona. Mesma coisa no corredor. O café da manhã é um pouco escasso, a piscina fria demais para o meu gosto e o restaurante fecha cedo (21h30). Os quartos são bastante confortáveis e bonitos, mas nada impressionante. O edifício é muito particular e pouco usual. Com o sol fica incrível. Com certeza acrescentaria um SPA, com piscina de água quente e. Pessoal é muito bom (raras são as exceções), agradável para conversar, gentil e amigável.

For the first two days I've been with a non-functioning air conditioner. Same thing in the hallway. The breakfast is a bit scarce, the pool too cold for my tastes and the restaurant closed too early (9:30 p.m.). Rooms are quite comfortable and good-looking but nothing stunning. The building is very particular and not usual. With the sun it becomes amazing. I'd surely add a SPA, with a hot water pool and. Staff is very good (rare are the exceptions), pleasant to talk with, kind, and friendly.

Com nossa experiência, achamos que este hotel não atende aos padrões Hilton.Demora muito para fazer o check-in no balcão (recepção). Tivemos que ficar na fila por um tempo para falar com a recepcionista sobre qualquer coisa.O hotel reservado três quartos incluindo café-da-manhã no hotel para duas noites para ter uma estadia tranquila e uma boa noite de sono. Para um dos quartos triplos (suíte Junior king) que reservamos, o hotel providenciou um quarto com uma cama no início para a primeira noite. Antes de sairmos para jantar, conversei com a recepcionista e eles prometeram adicionar uma cama extra. Você pode ver o quão ruim é a cama extra que eles forneceram nas fotos. Depois que conversei com eles novamente, eles perceberam isso e forneceram espaço extra para uma pessoa dormir. Pois todas essas coisas levaram muito tempo. Não tivemos um momento de paz na primeira noite.Na segunda noite, por volta das 12h30, o sistema de ar-condicionado quebrou e tivemos que trocar o quarto por volta da 1h30. Tivemos que ajudar a mover a cama também.Não recomendo o café da manhã também. Estávamos em longas perguntas para conseguir comida, pois não havia gente suficiente para servir o café da manhã. Eles nos pediram para pagar se quiséssemos omelete.A recepcionista mencionou que eles estão tendo problemas com o sistema de reservas e com o sistema de ar condicionado. Eles se desculparam por isso.Por outro lado, é limpo e bastante com espaço de estacionamento. Assim que alcançamos a recepcionista, ela / ele foi lento, mas muito útil. Podemos usar a piscina.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel lobby was really nice. The reason I rate it a 3 is because our view was a creepy abandon building & the room was very hot! We stayed here two nights with hopes that the room would cool down but it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

With our experience we think this hotel does not meet Hilton Standards. It takes very long time to check-in at the counter (reception). We had to be in the queue for a while to talk to the receptionist for anything. We booked three rooms including breakfast at this hotel for two nights to have a peaceful time and good sleep. For one of the triple room (Junior king suite) we booked, the hotel provided a room with one bed at the beginning for the first night. Before we went out for dinner, I talked to the receptionist and they promised to add an extra bed. You can see how bad is the extra bed they provided in the pictures. After I talked to them again, they realized that and provided extra room for one person to sleep. For all these things took lots of time. We didn't have a peaceful time at the first night. Second night around 12:30am air-conditioning system broke and we had to change the room around 1:30am. We had to help to move the bed as well. Don't recommend the breakfast as well. We were in long ques to get food as not enough people to serve the breakfast. They asked us to pay if we want omelet. Receptionist mentioned that they are having problems with their reservation system and the air-conditioning system. They apologized for that. On the other hand it's clean and quite with parking space. Once we reach the receptionist, she/he was slow but very helpful. We could use the Swimming pool.

Plagado de mosquitos, incluso con hormigas en las habitaciones. Personal desorganizado, hay que esperar una eternidad para poder comer. Número de mesas escaso para acomodar a los huéspedes : toca esperar la mayoría de las veces. Piscina, sauna y gimnasio sin personal, nadie vigila. En recepción la amabilidad la venden muy cara. Muy difícil de encontrar, incluso con navegador : no hay señales que indiquen la entrada en coche. Una pena, puesto que el edificio es todo lujo, moderno, y amplio, pero está mal aprovechado y gestionado. Los precios, por las nubes.

Valentina en recepción es un amor. Su recomendación excelente. Barbara la camarera del desayuno muy muy amable y cálida. El hotel está bien. Lda piscina fría fría y el restaurante cierra a las 10..... demasiado temprano. El desayuno muy bueno
