If anyone is trying to find good deals for hotel rooms check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a resort on there and these guys had the lowest prices worldwide! Great views, clean rooms, and an attentive staff. The parking garage is a bit tight to maneuver through though!

For a four star hotel, it's really good value, located in the business district, had a great view, a gymnasium, a great selection of food for breakfast, and dinner was inexpensive, good food all round, the service was impeccable and the executive lounge for those who are in need a of good internet connection, this is the place you need to be. I just wished it had a pool.

Location, location, location,is not only what you'll find here. The staff went above and beyond the regular service and was almost always more than happy to help. It was my first time at this particular establishment and was pleasantly surprised. Prior to arrival the back office Ericka was very nice to meet all the requirements I kindly requested and on arrival was always following up. The front desk gentleman, who's name I cannot recall, Marcos?! was very nice as well. Not to mention the lounge staff Daniela was also very helpful, because I had a technical issue and she was able tosolve it for me.All in all very good experience, the only downside if I had to look for one would be the decor is a little outdated and there were no USB ports anywhere.

A wonderful experience! From the moment we stepped in we were treated like VIPs. I do have Hilton Honors Gold status, but this was above and beyond. Our delicious breakfast was included each day (thanks to HHonors) and we also relied on the Executive Lounge (3rd floor) for in-between outings. The room was perfect - we elected for two double beds because our daughter joined us for part of the trip. Don't forget to redeem your free welcome drink! I recommend the pisco sour, because it's delicious and fun to watch the bartender make it. The location is also very good. Near the metro, which is inexpensive and efficient for getting around. And close to restaurants and the Costanera Center, a huge shopping mall that offered discounts for tourists. Lots of protests going on in Santiago and Chile in general during our stay, but the area around the DoubleTree always seemed safe and relatively quiet.

I had a great experience at the Doubletree, the staff was friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Additionally majority of them speak English. The room was clean and quiet. The view from the 13 floor looked amazing. I ran in a problem when I got there and realized the USA standard electric plug had was different but the staff quickly provided me an adapter and took it to my room. The bead was a little in the from side for my taste, but overall a great stay.
