“We woke up to ant bites on our a five month old daughter who was sleeping in her pack and play. We also had ants in our bed. There were ants traveling across the floor all over our two bedroom suite. I went downstairs to request a new room and explain the situation. After hearing nothing for two hours I called the front desk to ask them to send someone out to see the problem for themselves. After another hour of not seeing anyone I went down to the front desk to let them know we were going to simply cut our stay short And check out early. We ran into the manager while checking out and I asked him if he knew why we were leaving early. We never asked for a refund for the room because I wanted to see how they would handle the situation. His response was “I’m sorry about that, would you like a printed folio?” I was amazed by his lack of empathy or responsiveness to a pretty traumatic situation (especially for my wife and baby). Just seemed like he didn’t care and this was a normal thing.
This place literally left my family and I itching.
I of course did not witness their claim myself but I was in the lobby the evening before and overheard two women complaining that there was blood on their sheets when they checked in. They were offered Hilton points for the inconvenience but nothing else.”

“The rating would have been better but the breakfast took longer then it should have for only two people (45 min) with no one else waiting and the coffee was not hot. There was an apology which made us feel a little better but this happened two day straight. The staff was very nice and personable and the room seem to be cleaned well. I would stay here again when in the area and recommend without reserve.”
