“I would rather sleep in my car than to ever stay there again.
Swing shift staff refused to give me a refund, even after I told him that the room smelled too smokey and I didn't feel safe there (less than 5 minutes after arriving).
I went to turn in my keys shortly after arriving, because I chose to chalk it up as a loss and stay somewhere else. The shifts had changed and the graveyard staff was very friendly when checking out. He was the only positive about this place.

“Absolutely horrible stay. The bathroom flooded multiple times. The shower head was so old we couldn't get the water to turn on. When we finally did get the water on there was no hot water and we were forced to shower in ice cold water. The same shower problem in both rooms we rented that night. The next morning we went down for breakfast about 8:45 am and everything had been cleaned up and put away, we couldn't even get coffee when breakfast was supposed to be until 9:00 am. I will never stay there again and regret the fact that we recommending it on our daughter's wedding invites as the venue recommended it to us as one of the closest hotels to our venue. Multiple guests said their reservations were lost my the hotel. One couple was still charged even though they cancelled their stay. Another couple had to ask for a refund after finding blood on their bed sheets so they went to another hotel. I regret not asking for a refund, we just wanted to get the heck out of there!!!”
