Location is simply unbeatable right on Place du Capitole which is the most central point in Toulouse. Now if you are driving here, you must plan to get stuck in traffic especially on weekends and of course to pay a high fee for parking. Rooms are...old... especially the bathroom which is really poorly appointed with a bathtub from its early days. Mattresses are comfortable so the sleep was fine. Windows are doubled so noise and temperature were well filtered. A definite plus. In winter, the breakfast room is soooo small and the choice very limited. What a shame for a so-called 5 stars. We guess that in summer they must open the outdoor space and that it must be a much better environment.

This hotel Crown Plaza is really excellent hotel in Toulouse. Inside there is one restaurant also very good food. Breakfast of this hotel excellent. Hotel rooms very clean. Service of stuff really very friendly.

Tremendous location! Right in the middle of all the action and within walking distance to many of the historic sites and a metro station. It is a short taxi ride from the airport (35 euro rate). Rooms were small but suitable. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have my own thermostat to control A/C as it was very hot during my stay. Showers were a bit tight and I would imagine can be difficult for some to get in and out of as the wall of the tub was unusually high. All of the employees working the front desk were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the city. I would definitely stay here again.
