“The Sonesta Select of San Ramon is one of those surprise that just feels seamless. The upper-class front desk customer service highlights your stay and complements the modern yet cozy bedrooms. Both Dayjah and Ryan stood out as we interacted with them the most but the whole front desk team was excellent
On the last night, I requested a late checkout for the following day and to my surprised was a 1:30 max time. Yet around 12:30 there was a knock on the door and we had to explain we had been told we were granted a 1:30 check out. Unfortunately this made my partner uncomfortable enough that we hurried ourselves. I'm curious where the miscommunication was. Besides that our stay was great and will continue to be at the top of our list.”

“I don't recall staying in a hotel that was this stingy before. The room rate was not low but there was absolutely nothing provided, not a cup of coffee in the morning ($4.18 for small cup) not a bottle of water ($4) Late check out of an hour ($20) The room itself was bare bones with minimal towels etc. The people at the front desk were very focused on the additional fees and what wasn't provided (I couldn't even get a plastic plate or cup; there were no towels at the little pool.) I would not recommend. I believe there are many hotels which are more pleasant and more generous.”
