Agradável e confortável

A localização do hotel era boa, havia muita comida e compras por perto e o hotel era um Marriott, mas não mais e eles tinham uma piscina e o quarto era limpo e a cama era dura, mas não ruim, mas não tinha o suficiente dormir devido às crianças correndo e chorando e gritando e você pode ouvir através das paredes e da porta e eu não sei por que havia um micro-ondas no saguão do elevador, fede mal, pessoas cozinhando nele e você pode sentir o cheiro de comida no fundo hall foi horrível, eu tenho enxaqueca crônica e a comida que algumas pessoas cozinham era horrível…. A equipe da frente foi boa e amigável. As almofadas são muito macias! Acabou de cair em cima de mim. Mesmo foi 2 travesseiros. Ohh, o depósito acidental é de US $ 50 por noite. estávamos fazendo check-out na manhã seguinte, porque vi um ímã de quarto de animal de estimação na parede da porta e disse omg !!! Então certifique-se de perguntar isso também. Mesmo que estivesse limpo, meu marido sofreu ... então faça perguntas quando você reservar primeiro ...

La ubicación del hotel era buena, había mucha comida y tiendas cerca y el hotel era un Marriott pero ya no y tenían una piscina y la habitación estaba limpia y la cama era dura pero no estaba mal pero no tenía suficiente dormir debido a los niños corriendo, llorando y gritando y puedes escuchar a través de las paredes y la puerta y no sé por qué había un microondas en el vestíbulo del ascensor, apesta mal, la gente cocina en él y puedes oler la comida por el sala fue horrible, tengo migrañas crónicas y la comida que cocinan algunas personas era horrible…. El personal al frente era bueno y amable. ¡Las almohadas son muy, muy suaves! Me acaba de caer. Incluso eran 2 almohadas. Ohh, el depósito accidental es de $ 50 por noche. Asegúrate de preguntar que no quieres una habitación para mascotas, porque nos dieron una habitación para mascotas y mi esposo es alérgico a las mascotas y no durmió lo suficiente. nos marchamos a la mañana siguiente, porque vi un imán en la habitación de mascotas en la pared de la puerta y dije ¡Dios mío! The location of the hotel was good , their a lot of food and shopping near by and the hotel was a Marriott but not anymore and they had a pool and the room was clean and the bed was hard but not bad but didn’t get enough sleep due to kids running around and crying and screaming and you can hear through the walls and door and i don’t know why their was a microwave by the elevator lobby , it stink bad, people cooking In it and you can smell food down the hall it was horrible, I have chronic migraines and the food some people cook was awful…. The staff up front was good and friendly. The pillows are very very soft! Just went flat on me. Even it was 2 pillows. Ohh accidental deposit is $50 a night .. make sure you ask that you dont want a pet room , because they gave us a pet room and my husband is allergic to pets and he did t get enough sleep , I didn’t know tell we were checking out the next morning , because I saw a pet room magnet on the door wall and I said omg !!! So make sure ask that too. Even though it was clean my husband suffered…so ask questions when you book first …

Realmente me gusta este hotel, es solo un corto paseo por la autopista para llegar al Wild Horse Pass Casino y estas habitaciones tienen el mismo diseño que las habitaciones del hotel casino y son igual de agradables y limpias. ¡Yo diría que es más agradable y limpio que el casino! I really like this hotel, it’s just a short jaunt down the freeway to hit the Wild Horse Pass Casino and these hotel rooms are the same layout as the casino hotel rooms and just as nice and clean. I would argue nicer and cleaner than the casino! The staff and management are also super friendly and nice (shout out to YaYa! She’s the best! Hey grrl!) The pool and fitness center looked nice and clean as well. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance too. My room was quiet and longer term guests were kind. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a luxurious feel without the price tag of the casino hotels.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Been here 3 days and the room has not been cleaned once. When I complained I was told they only clean rooms once a week. There are children running up and down the halls all hours of the night. Trash is piled high in bins in the hallways. The restaurant in the hotel is closed. I have hated this stay.

If I could give it 0 starts, I would. Had a terrible TERRIBLE experience in this hotel. First off, they should put a notice letting guests know that the “hotel” is actually a refuge for the afghans brought to the US. We had to ask to move rooms bc the refuge kids kept running and hitting doors and leaving trash all over the place. Second, the rooms were super dirty. We even found 2 HUGE roaches in the room! How pleasant right?! Do NOT stay there. It’s a dirty place. I have nothing against the refuges but it would’ve been nice to know that the “hotel” was actually a refuge. Horrible experience.

Ótima localização, ótimo hotel, nova administração e novo nome. Eu preferia quando era Courtyard by Marriott, mas amamos a área, o hotel e as memórias que tivemos. Realmente gostaria que eles intensificassem, porque é um ótimo lugar. A área da piscina é agradável, os quartos são bons em tamanho e acomodações. Funcionários foram simpáticos. A única reclamação que tenho é a limpeza. Great location, great hotel, new management and new name. I preferred when it was Courtyard by Marriott, but we love the area, hotel and the memories we’ve had. Really wish they would step it up because it’s an overall great place. Pool area is nice, rooms are good in size and accommodations. Staff were friendly. Only complaint I have is the cleanliness. There was visible grime and dirtiness on the walls, doors, mirrors, etc. We went in and cleaned the whole thing ourselves before feeling at comfort, but specially with COVID around. We are going to keep coming back. Hopefully management sees this and things can get better ♥️

Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, lovely and attentive staff. It is also very close to many restaurants and convenience/grocery stores, etc, and has a well-stocked little snack area, as well as a business center, coin laundry, and many conference rooms. Overall, a very nice stay. The pool cleanliness was questionable, but there was a skimmer nearby, so I grabbed it and spent about a half an hour cleaning the surface of the water. Then I stood for another hour observing the pool, debating if I should get in or not. Finally, I got so hot, I decided I would get in, and once I did, I enjoyed myself for another hour. Until I got out. My $85 white bathing suit was an absurd shade of yellow 😩😩😩 I ran upstairs to soak it in soap and water, with no luck. Long story short - wonderful, comfortable hotel, does exactly what it's supposed to do! Keep you safe and warm during your stay. But avoid the pool, especially if wearing white 😒

Tive muita sorte de encontrar este lugar, me senti como um hóspede 5 estrelas, os quartos extremamente limpos, como novos, os quartos cheiram muito limpos, os funcionários são incríveis tão simpáticos a qualquer hora do dia. Gary foi muito útil, ele fez o seu melhor para acomodar as necessidades da minha estadia. Se houver 10 estrelas, eu daria a este lugar. Adorei que tudo pareça um lar para mim. Fiquei aqui por mais de um mês e sempre voltaria e estaria aqui novamente. Prazer em conhecer todos vocês Gary e toda a equipe.

I was very lucky to find this place, I felt likea 5 star guest, the rooms extremely clean, like brand new, rooms smells very clean, staff are amazing so friendly at anytime of the day. Gary was very helpful he did his best to accommodate the needs to my stay. If there is 10 Stars I would give it to this place. Loved everything feels like home to me. I stayed here for over a month and would always come back and be here again.Great to meet all of you Gary and all the staff.
