“This is the best of hotels and the worst of hotels. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. Love the environmental responsibility of the soaps in the showers. But everything else was, well, a failure. The AC was so loud all night that we couldn’t sleep. There was no coffee available in the motel. There were no washcloths in the room. Had to chase down a blow dryer which no one seemed to be able to find. The rates were quite high, but I thought the room would be nice so i paid it and looked forward to a nice stay. Boy was I disappointed. I love Sonesta but I would never stay at this hotel again.”
