I was very disappointed with this hotel first for awful rooms with blood stain sheets, cockroaches all over the hotel and rude front desk. We made reservation for room with breakfast and not only they didn’t honor that, the person in charge of breakfast was very rude. My mom and I had a very nice stay this summer. The hotel is very clean and staff was nice. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Houston. Rooms were nice, though the first room we checked into smellee like someone was smoking in it. Pool was run down, furniture was sparse and broken, water smelled like lake water, and the courtyard was dirty. Most hotels like this end up having breakfast, though this one does not. While staff was VERY friendly, the location feels like a pricey motel. Os quartos eram bons, embora o primeiro quarto em que entramos no cheiro como se alguém estivesse fumando nele. A piscina estava estragada, os móveis eram escassos e quebrados, a água cheirava a água do lago e o pátio estava sujo. A maioria dos hotéis como este acaba tomando café da manhã, embora este não. Enquanto a equipe foi muito simpática, a localização parece um motel caro.

The housekeeping staff and front desk is great here. They cleaned up and organized my things and folded my clothes. Never had that done before so I didn't know how to take it at first then I started to appreciate it as my work days became longer. A equipe de arrumação e recepção é ótima aqui. This week was my 12th time staying here over a year and a half.I have never had a issue here.The rooms are clean and comfortable.They are cleaned daily if you like.There is a lot of really food close by and in the bistro.There is gas station mini mart across the street. The morning Bistro attendant Kristina is a real pleasure to talk to she does a great job she is very attentive to your needs and i always leave with a smile on my face. Kateri the evening Bistro attendant is another awesome person.She will make your food really quick.Deliver it to your room if you ask.She has made me some pretty cool drinks when I didn'tknow what I wanted so i let her run with it am I'm never disappointed.She is a person that listens and is great to have conversation with.She even made me fresh chocolate chip cookies when they ran out. I have met Nick the GM and have hand many cool conversation just a great guy. Emily the AGM has been there a while and Ive known her the longest.I must say the is the key person that makes this place run like a well oiled machine.She has always go above and beyond.Always asks how my stay is going.Always asks me if there is anything else the staff can do.I see her interactions with her coworkers and she is awesome.She is always so nice and treats everybody with more compassion that I have ever seen. I love this Hotel and wont go anywhere else.Great staff and a great place to stay. Esta semana foi a minha 12ª vez ficando aqui mais de um ano e meio. Eu nunca tive um problema aqui. This Courtyard is located in West Houston right off I10. This review is primarily based on the staff as I spent majority of my time off the property..The room was clean and the air conditioning was cold. This Courtyard has a Small bistro offering breakfast and supper. There is also a large pool to beat the heat in.In all the staff here made the stay enjoyable. I really appreciate Charlene. She is a hospitality expert and I could not have had a better person assisting my family. 5/5 for the staff.
