“The room was really nice, once we got the correct room we booked. They double charged me, which took a long time to get resolved. We will probably stay again, the bed and couch bed were both very comfortable and the location worked well for us.”

“There were only two staff that were nice. The night audit Jordan was amazing and Evelyn during the day was great. We stayed for ten days and we're charged for our dogs which were service animals. They charged us three deposits which I am still waiting to see. The spa was broken the whole time we were there. The general manager is a joke and steer clear from the heavy set worker he likes to add extra stuff on your credit card. Never again will we be staying in this hotel again”
