“Hotel is clean etc etc. But it is very poorly managed. If a hotel does not want kids then they should not sign up to host sports teams. My sons hockey team stayed here for a tournament. The kids are 10 years old. They were constantly harassed by staff. These kids were very well behaved, and had a curfew of 9:30. Apparently a few kids hanging out with their friends on a Saturday night before 9:30 is distracting to other guests. This trip was ruined for them because anytime they left their rooms security or management would make threats about kicking people out or calling Swat. Yes I said swat. Idle threats but still enough to ruin what should be a fun team building experience for kids. I definitely would not recommend this hotel. As someone who travels a lot for work. Marriot is now one line of hotels I will be avoiding in the future. Recommendation for the hotel. Don’t host sports teams. Clearly you can’t handle it.”

“Can you rate a hotel lower? The absolute worst possible stay as a team group. We stayed for a kids tournament and we’re constantly harassed by staff, security and guests. Maybe don’t sign up to host teams if you are unwilling to let the teams actually get together in the hotel. The kids were consistently and constantly being yelled at by staff and security of this hotel for being, well, kids. The kids were all in bed before 9:30pm. And yet they were harassed throughout the day to the point they were told Air Swat was coming to kick them out of the hotel. The kids were contained in one area of the hotel and were not rude or unruly at any time. Quiet time is posted for 10pm, which they were respectfully quiet well before this time. Please be aware of this poorly managed harassing hotel, where they threaten young children to the point they think they are going to be taken away in handcuffs. Shame on you courtyard, yes you’re a courtyard. Shame on you.”
