“Front desk staff was very sweet and kind. They gave us a great room with a wonderful view. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating to my family by quickly bringing up a play pen for our infant son. This place is also very affordable. The front desk recommended a fabulous place for us to go to dinner. The place is called Gu and it is a Japanese restaurant conveniently located a short walk to the hotel. We really appreciated them considering we were traveling with a baby. In the morning they gave us simple directions to get to the 9/11 museum. One other thing I’d like to note is that the security guards in the front immediately took action when people were smoking marijuana on the same block the hotel was on. You could smell it coming into the lobby and it was nice to see the staff take it seriously. Me, my husband and our son came down to the city for my birthday only to hangout for the evening but after hours of walking around we were tired and we found the Couryard by the Marriott on google. This hotel made my birthday such a memorable day. I would encourage anyone who is looking for an affordable and clean place, to stay here.”
