Excellent customer service. Neat and clean hotel with kids club. My daughter loved Ms. Debbi at kids club. Buda our room attendant was awesome, always there to help and kept our room nice and clean and made us beautiful towel art. Will definitely come back once in Bali. Great work guys keep up the good work.

By far my favorite place to stay when in Seminyak. Central location, great staff, great rooms, large swimming pool with bar, and just an all around fanatic resort. Did Nyepi 2018 there and it was awesome! This place is still great on 2022! Always something going on, great breakfast, awesome pool. Still my favorite hotel in Seminyak!

Se você está esperando um Marriott de 4 estrelas, ficará tristemente desapontado. Reservei e paguei integralmente com 4 meses de antecedência um quarto familiar deluxe para mim e 2 filhas adultas como nossa segunda estadia em Bali. O quarto era escuro, muito pequeno, com 2 camas de casal extremamente juntas, com vista para a rua, sem varanda e apenas algumas janelas. Um guarda-roupa individual muito pequeno na área do banheiro, onde as roupas ficavam úmidas do chuveiro, que também estava nessa área. Dificilmente há espaço para 3 adultos pendurarem suas roupas para uma estadia de 10 dias! Além disso, o quarto tinha apenas 2 xícaras de café, 2 copos e toalhas para 2 pessoas. Escusado será dizer que não desempacotamos. Custou-me mais de £ 700 para atualizar para quartos mais adequados. Não é uma experiência boa ou mesmo razoável. Eu não recomendaria Seminyak como uma área onde as mulheres podem se sentir seguras andando sozinhas à noite. Mesmo em um grupo de 3 depois do anoitecer (tendo em mente que é escuro em Seminyak por volta das 19h no máximo), fomos abordados para comprar drogas, pediram para comprar intermináveis passeios de scooter e também joias artesanais e outros itens. Homens e crianças pequenas estão se perguntando pelas ruas incomodando turistas óbvios. Minhas filhas adultas também eram constantemente abordadas com comentários e perguntas inapropriadas.

Se Bali está voltando, este Marriott em particular estabeleceu o padrão. A equipe foi exemplar em todas as áreas. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi a variedade que tenho visto em minhas viagens e provei incrível. Os quartos são de bom tamanho com uma varanda generosa para uma bebida tranquila. A piscina está bem organizada com o bar da piscina com área própria e uma segunda piscina anexada com uma cascata de água. Menção especial ao nosso servidor de café da manhã Val, ela ainda está em seu estágio, mas tem um grande futuro. Ansioso para voltar em agosto.

If Bali is coming back, this particular Marriott has set the standard. Staff were exemplary in every area. The buffet breakfast was the variety I have seen in my travels and tasted amazing. The rooms are a good size with a generous balcony for a quiet drink. The pool is well organised with the pool bar having its own area then a second pool attached with a water cascade. Special mention to our breakfast server Val, she is still in her internship but has a great future. Looking forward to coming back in August.

If you are expecting a 4* Marriott you will be sadly disappointed. I booked and paid in full 4 months in advance for a deluxe family room for myself and 2 adult daughters as our second hotel stay in Bali. The room was dark, very small with 2 double beds extremely close together, overlooking the street, no balcony and just a few windows. One very small single wardrobe in bathroom area where clothes would get damp from shower which was also in that area. Hardly room for 3 adults to hang their clothes for 10day stay! Furthermore room had only 2 coffee cups, 2 glasses and towels for 2. Needless to say we did not unpack. It cost me over £700 to upgrade to more suitable rooms. Not a good or even reasonable experience. I would not recommend Seminyak as an area where women can feel safe walking out alone at night. Even in a group of 3 after dark (bearing in mind it is dark in Seminyak at around 7pm at the latest) we were approached to buy drugs, asked to purchase endless scooter rides and also handmade jewellery and other items. Men and young children are wondering the streets pestering obvious tourists. My adult daughters were also constantly approached with inappropriate comments and questions.

Eu estava satisfeito. Os funcionários são simpáticos também. O café da manhã é ok. Alguns lugares próximos (Praia de Seminyak, etc.) têm serviço de carrinho. A academia dentro é muito boa. Há desinfetantes e toalhetes desinfetantes no interior. E a comida do serviço de quarto é deliciosa. Eu pedi macarrão e pizza de cogumelos blah, estava delicioso e o preço era razoável. Além disso, gel desinfetante para as mãos e máscaras foram fornecidos no quarto. Este é um hotel que eu gostaria de visitar novamente.

Vindo aqui para encontrar um amigo. Foi a minha primeira vez realmente para visitar este hotel. É um lugar muito legal para sair. Eles têm um bar da piscina para relaxar e muitos assentos confortáveis ao redor. Pedimos alguns alimentos e bebidas, tinha um gosto bom! Estará de volta para ficar ou sair com os amigos.

Coming here to meet a friend. It was my first time actually to visit this hotel. It’s a really nice place to hang out. They have a pool bar to relax and so many comfy seats around. We ordered some foods and drinks, it tasted good! Will be back to stay or hang out with friends.

Stayed there 5 years ago, and the breakfast was really good. Located in the heart of Seminyak, it was easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful. The meeting room was comfortable and the amenities were good.

eu e meu parceiro fomos em 2018 e não poderíamos amar mais este lugar, a equipe foi incrível e prestativa. Houve um atraso com a nossa comida uma noite e eles nos mantiveram atualizados e nos deram várias entradas para nos manter :) ficamos aqui por um total de 2 semanas e felizmente voltaria novamente. Não muito a uma curta distância, mas você realmente não precisa ir muito longe porque o hotel tem tudo. 100% vale a pena uma visita.

Clean rooms and pools. Helpful and friendly staff. Buggy can drop you off to beach and surrounding areas. Breakfast is good. Worth the price and worth to come back too. Thank you Marriott Seminyak!

me and my partner went in 2018 and we couldn't love this place more, staff was amazing and helpful. There was a delay with our food one night and they kept us updated and gave us several starters to keep us feed :) we stayed here for a total of 2 weeks and would happily go back again. Not much around walking distance but you don't really need to go far because the hotel has everything. 100% worth a visit.

Stayed for 2 nights here.Room was great with pool view, and everything also clean. There’s no direct beach access but they provided buggy service to go to the beach. Breakfast was very good & fresh in qualityThank you to Ms Nyssa & Ms Eka for the hospitality during check in/out process, everything was smooth and hassle free.Will be back again for sure

Estancia prolongada, a destacar el personal, amables, eficientes. La comida muy bien hecha, tanto desayuno como el restaurante, tienen buen género, carne, pescado, verduras... Mucha variedad y calidad. Decoración agradable, todo al aire libre, por lo que no te libras de la humedad intensa de este clima. El agua de la piscina está caliente, no refresca. Se puede comer en el bar, la carta es poco variada y hace muchísimo calor allí. El spa es recomendable, perfecto el masaje. Se puede ir a la playa en bus del hotel, magnífica, peligrosas olas con resaca y sin socorristas. Un hotel súper limpio, con seguridad permanente y atención constante. Lo he disfrutado mucho. Gracias a todos.

Buen servicio pero encontré el baño no muy limpio pues habia un poco de hongos en la losa. Por otro lado yo pague el desayuno incluido y cuando llegue dijeron que no estaba incluido. Me parecio muy desagradsble porque no era lo esperado. Por lo demas esta bien.
