“Horrible experience.I stayed 2 nights.Since the first night, my back started itching but I ignored it because I assumed my skin got dried because of hotel heating system.After the 2nd night, in the morning before check out, I found a bed bug on my bed and I was able to kill it. I brought the actual bed bug to the front desk and showed to the general manager, Wazhma Gran.She apologized what happened and told me that she wanted to give compensation.However, she explained that since I booked the room thru chase travel, I need to contact the chase travel to let them contact her so she can refund me.The general manager told me that she needed to send house keeper to check the room. I brought the actual bed bug and showed her, but that might not enough for her.Three people came to the room and none of them were wearing a mask.My friend and I were middle of packing but they started to find bug and walked all around room without mask. We felt not safe so asked to find the bug after we checked out.After a few days I recieved email from the general manager and email said that they were not able to find the evidence and she wasn't sure why I stayed 2nd night if I found the bug at first night....The day I spoke to her, I told her it was my last day.I've never expected a BED BUG at 3 star hotel.”

“Experiência horrível. Nós viajamos com freqüência. Desta vez foi para um funeral. Tínhamos reservado um quarto no hotel em que nossa família inteira estava hospedada. Chegamos ao hotel às 21h50. depois de voar pelo condado para descobrir que eles deram nosso quarto. A atendente da recepção parecia um cervo nos faróis quando chegamos, primeiro ela disse que cancelamos. Então mostrei a ela minha confirmação. Em seguida, ela tentou dizer que talvez seu cartão tenha sido recusado. Depois de mostrar a ela que não era, ela finalmente admitiu que cedeu nosso quarto. Ela não tinha uma desculpa válida. Liguei para a empresa às 22h. Nós também vimos como eles fizeram o check-in de outra pessoa atrás de nós depois de dizer que não havia quartos. Depois de ficar em espera para sempre e ter que me explicar várias vezes, a única solução foi dirigirmos 30 minutos até outro hotel. Eu estava chorando. Acabamos tendo que ir para outro hotel. Não é um Marriott. Não fiz o check-in até tarde e perdi um tempo precioso com nossa família. Eles deveriam ter vergonha de si mesmos. Isso arruinou todos os nossos planos e causou muita dor de cabeça. Eu não conseguia acreditar que eles fizeram isso conosco. Minha família inteira estava tão chateada e não precisávamos disso enquanto estávamos enterrando nosso ente querido😢”
