“Se eu pudesse, eu quero deixar zero estrela para este hotel. Primeiro, o atendimento ao cliente por telefone é impaciente e rude. Não temos certeza se são as mesmas pessoas da recepção. Em segundo lugar, não há microondas no quarto e isso trouxe um grande inconveniente para mim. Todo o hotel compartilha um único micro-ondas no lobby. Quanto custa um micro-ondas? Em terceiro lugar, por que o banheiro do saguão está trancado? Não há sinal para dizer ao cliente para pegar a chave na recepção. Achei que alguém estava usando o banheiro do saguão, então esperei do lado de fora por dez minutos. Por último, mas não menos importante, eles trancaram a porta do quarto logo após tirarmos a bagagem do quarto. Eu não tinha feito a verificação dupla do quarto, então tive que voltar para a recepção para pegar a chave para entrar novamente no quarto. Este hotel tinha uma localização muito boa perto de tudo, mas minha experiência foi desagradável.”
