Serviço excepcional-as duas senhoras na recepção foram além de maravilhoso. O quarto era muito limpo - e isso vem de alguém que sempre pode encontrar falhas nos quartos de hotel. Este hotel é a razão pela qual sempre ficamos em propriedades Marriott. Isso é mais legal do que a maioria.

Não é perfeito, mas vamos voltar. Ficamos 2 noites, mas a limpeza não limpou nosso quarto após a primeira noite. Outros hotéis em que ficamos, pergunte se você quer arrumação, mas eles não o fizeram, então assumimos que isso ia acontecer. Check-in às 3h e check-out às 12h. Todos na recepção foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Sentar-se do lado de fora em nosso pequeno pátio pode muito bem ter sido a melhor parte do fim de semana. Estava calmo e pacífico, e conversamos por horas. A localização é perto o suficiente de tudo, mas longe o suficiente para não ser o lugar mais caro da cidade. Dunkin Donuts fica a 3 minutos a pé. Muita água quente, pressão da água foi ótimo. O quarto estava limpo quando chegamos. Definitivamente um ótimo lugar para ficar, apenas certifique-se de perguntar sobre arrumação se ficar mais obrigado 1 noite.

No es perfecto, pero volveremos. Nos alojamos 2 noches, pero el servicio de limpieza no limpió nuestra habitación después de la primera noche. Otros hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado preguntan si desea servicio de limpieza, pero no lo hicieron, así que asumimos que iba a suceder. El check in fue a las 3 y el check out fue a las 12 del mediodía. Todo el mundo en la recepción fue muy amable y servicial. Sentarse afuera en nuestro pequeño patio bien pudo haber sido la mejor parte del fin de semana. Era tranquilo y pacífico, y hablamos durante horas. La ubicación está lo suficientemente cerca de todo, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para no ser el lugar más caro de la ciudad. Dunkin Donuts está a 3 minutos a pie. Un montón de agua caliente, la presión del agua era genial. La habitación estaba limpia cuando llegamos. Definitivamente un excelente lugar para quedarse, solo asegúrese de preguntar sobre el servicio de limpieza si se queda más de 1 noche.

Not perfect but we will come back. We stayed 2 nights, but housekeeping did not clean our room after the first night. Other hotels we have stayed at ask if you want housekeeping but they didn't so we assumed it was going to happen. Check in was at 3 and check out was 12 noon. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Sitting outside on our little patio may very well have been the best part of the weekend. It was quiet and peaceful, and we talked for hours. The location is close enough to everything but far enough away to not be the most expensive place in town. Dunkin Donuts is a 3 minute walk. Plenty of hot water, water pressure was great. The room was clean when we arrived. Definitely a great place to stay, just make sure to ask about housekeeping if you stay more thank 1 night.

Exceptional service-the two ladies at the front desk were beyond wonderful. The room was very clean-and that’s coming from someone who can always find fault in hotel rooms. This hotel is the very reason we always stay at Marriott properties. This is nicer than most.

Se hospedado por 8 noites. Quarto de hotel e banheiro eram limpos, colchão era muito confortável (serta), acessível. Boa seleção de canais de TV. Wifi era irregular às vezes. Senti-me seguro ficar aqui. Gostaria de recomendar e voltaria se estou na área novamente.

Lindo hotel … a uma curta distância da USNA e da Marinha - Marine Stadium. Dois lugares meu filho teve que estar em momentos diferentes e a caminhada foi muito suportável. Talvez dê uma olhada na lavanderia à vista, pois parece que você recebe alunos que têm um dia de descanso e não onde 'perto' essas crianças são derrotadas ... caso contrário, cama, chuveiros e café da manhã absolutamente incríveis. Eu aqueles alegrou minha estadia!

O layout era estranho com elevadores e comodidades estranhamente colocados, mas no geral foi uma experiência agradável. Todo o hotel estava muito limpo e o serviço foi muito simpático e prestativo. Eu realmente gostei do café-da-manhã bistrô, eu tinha o café-da-manhã Quesadilla. Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

A equipe da recepção foi super amigável (alguns dos melhores que eu já encontrei) e as instalações eram muito limpas. Nosso principal problema foi como o hotel parecia estar em mau estado. Ao longo da nossa estadia, encontramos muitos itens quebrados ou disfuncionais. Uma das portas do estacionamento (convenientemente a mais próxima do nosso quarto) estava "fora de serviço", a lavanderia dos hóspedes estava "fora de serviço", a piscina estava fechada "devido à manutenção", o banheiro do nosso quarto não funcionava corretamente ( teve que segurar a alça para baixo até que o ciclo fosse concluído), o suporte de papel higiênico mal estava preso à parede e nosso aparelho de ar condicionado não conseguia manter o quarto fresco nos dias quentes de verão.

Beautiful hotel … within walking distance to the USNA and the Navy - Marine Stadium. Two places my son had to be at different times and the walk was very bearable. Maybe look into on sight laundry as it appears you get students who have a Couple day lay over and no where ‘close’ these kids are beat … otherwise absolutely amazing bed, showers and breakfast. I those joyed my stay!

Stayed for 8 nights.Hotel room and bathroom were clean, mattress was very comfortable (serta), affordable. Good selection of TV channels.Wifi was spotty at times. Felt safe staying here. Would recommend and would return if I'm in the area again.

The front-desk staff was super friendly (some of the best I've ever encountered) and the facility was very clean. Our major issue was how the hotel felt like it was in disrepair. Throughout our stay, we encountered many broken or disfunctional items. One of the parking lot doors (conveniently the one closest to our room) was "Out of Order", the guest laundry was "Out of Order", the pool was closed "due to maintenance", our room's toilet would not flush properly (had to hold the handle down until the cycle was completed), the toilet paper holder was barely attached to the wall, and our air conditioner unit failed to keep the room cool on the hot summer days.

Layout was strange with oddly placed elevators and amenities but it was overall a pleasant experience. The entire hotel was very clean and the service was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the bistro breakfast, I had the Breakfast Quesadilla. I would stay here again.

O quarto de hotel mais limpo de todos os tempos! Eu sou uma aberração por limpeza e tenho uma atenção precisa aos detalhes (e sujeira), e fiquei muito satisfeito em ficar aqui por várias noites. A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática e prestativa. A máquina de gelo estava quebrada, mas a recepção me forneceu gelo e pediu desculpas.

¡La habitación de hotel más limpia jamás vista! Soy un fanático del orden y tengo una atención precisa a los detalles (y la suciedad), y estuve muy complacido de quedarme aquí por varias noches. The cleanest hotel room ever! I am a neat freak and have a precise attention to detail (and dirt), and I was very pleased to stay here for several nights. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Ice machine was broken but front desk provided me with ice and was very apologetic.

Construção concluída! ...e serviço de atendimento! A excelente equipe aqui faz com que os hóspedes se sintam bem-vindos. Muito ágil e atencioso. As tarifas do hotel são razoáveis, os quartos são limpos, convenientemente localizados (cerca de 5 km do ity Dock), sem taxas de estacionamento. As quesadillas de café da manhã são ótimas.
