A equipe da recepção foi muito atenciosa e gentil! O pessoal do turno da noite, Keshia, veio em nosso socorro e depois de perceber que nossa reserva não havia chegado ao site do hotel! ! ! Fomos abençoados com seu raciocínio rápido para ajudar meu marido e eu; liguei para sua gerente, Lisa French, e não apenas recebemos desculpas; mas, com acomodações exatamente como pedimos originalmente!!! Neste dia e hora… as pessoas não precisam ser gentis, nem simpáticas! Esses dois funcionários devem ser elogiados por seu remédio rápido, gentil e atencioso; para viajantes que precisam de uma solução!! El personal de recepción fue muy servicial y amable. ¡El personal del turno de noche, Keshia, vino a nuestro rescate y después de darse cuenta de que nuestra reserva no había llegado al sitio de su hotel! Fuimos bendecidos con su pensamiento rápido para ayudarnos a mi esposo ya mí; llamó a su gerente, Lisa French, y no solo nos encontramos con disculpas; pero, con alojamiento tal como lo pedimos originalmente!!! En este día y hora… ¡la gente no tiene que ser amable, ni simpática! The front desk staff was very helpful and kind! Night shift personnel Keshia, came to our rescue and after realizing our reservation had not gone through to their hotel site!!! We were blessed with her quick thinking to help my husband and I; called her Manager, Lisa French, and not only were we met with apologies; but, with accommodations just as we originally asked!!! In this day and time… people don’t have to be kind, nor nice! These two employees should be commended for their quick, kind and thoughtful remedy; for travelers in need of a solution!! Estou escrevendo em nome do meu Pastor!! Ele realmente gosta de seu tempo no hotel. A direção é muito receptiva e atenciosa. ¡Le escribo en nombre de mi pastor! Realmente disfruta su tiempo en el hotel. La gerencia es muy acogedora y complaciente. Se aseguran de que esté bien atendido y, si surge algún problema, se aseguran de que el problema se resuelva de manera oportuna. Damos gracias a Dios por Lisa, que nos trata como a una familia. I am writing on behalf of my Pastor !! He really enjoys his time at the hotel. The management is very welcoming and accommodating. They make sure he is well taken care of and if any problems arise , they make sure the problem is resolved in a timely manner. We thank God for Lisa , who treats us like family. This is the only hotel that my Pastor will stay at.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. it’s one of my go to hotels… I love it here the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond! Everything was great! The rooms were clean and nice. Will be back soon!

Adoro este hotel sou sempre tratado por um belo sorriso mas as senhoras que trabalham na recepção. Os quartos são muito limpos, a gerente Lisa é uma pessoa bonita, ela garante que você esteja bem enquanto fica no hotel. Eu gosto da minha estadia lá toda vez que venho a Merrillville, Indiana, escolho este hotel para minha estadia. Eu recomendo que todos escolham este hotel como sua escolha. Muito bons trabalhadores e gestão .... Mantenha o bom trabalho rapazes.

Esta foi a pior experiência absoluta que nossa família já teve. Eu não recomendo este hotel a ninguém, especialmente aqueles com crianças. Reservei este hotel para uma escapadela curta para minha esposa e filhos e eles encontraram vários problemas inaceitáveis. O quarto que reservamos não estava pronto na chegada após as 15h. Uma vez que eles entraram, o quarto não havia sido limpo. A equipe estava relutante em fazer acomodações ou obter outro quarto para nós. Eles acabaram dormindo em um quarto com 1 cama king size e foram informados de que teriam seu quarto limpo no dia seguinte, mas nunca receberam um horário. Na tentativa de conciliar a viagem, ela levou meus filhos para a piscina e ela estava completamente coberta de pelos, como se alguém tivesse deixado uma peruca se desenrolar ali! Finalmente, o leite e o iogurte que foram servidos na manhã seguinte estavam vencidos e azedos! Estas foram as queixas mínimas. Se quiser saber mais me avise. NÃO RECOMENDADO!!!

Os quartos são limpos, confortáveis e têm um design agradável. Ligue antes de vir de fora da cidade se a pessoa que reservou o quarto não estiver presente. Sua identidade precisa corresponder ao nome em que você reservou o quarto. Tive a sorte de ter minha licença de casamento como prova de que meu marido reservou o quarto. Eu quase não tinha um quarto no meio da noite, o que era realmente assustador.

Esta fue la peor experiencia absoluta que nuestra familia haya tenido. No recomendaría este hotel a nadie, especialmente a aquellos con niños. Reservé este hotel para una escapada corta para mi esposa y mis hijos y se encontraron con varios problemas inaceptables. La habitación que reservamos no estaba lista a la llegada después de las 3 de la tarde. Una vez que entraron, la habitación no había sido limpiada. El personal se mostró reacio a hacer adaptaciones o conseguir otra habitación para nosotros. Terminaron durmiendo en una habitación de 1 cama king y les dijeron que limpiarían su habitación al día siguiente, pero nunca les dieron una hora. En un intento de conciliar el viaje, llevó a mis hijos a la piscina y estaba completamente cubierta de pelo, ¡como si alguien hubiera dejado una peluca suelta allí! ¡Finalmente, la leche y el yogur que se sirvieron a la mañana siguiente estaban vencidos y agrios! Estas fueron las quejas mínimas. Si quieres saber más házmelo saber. ¡¡¡NO RECOMENDADO!!!

Me encanta este hotel. Siempre me tratan con una hermosa sonrisa, pero las damas que trabajan en la recepción. Las habitaciones están muy limpias, la gerente Lisa es una persona hermosa que se asegura de que estés bien mientras te quedas en el hotel. Disfruto de mi estadía allí cada vez que vengo a Merrillville, Indiana. Elijo este hotel para mi estadía. Les recomiendo que elijan este hotel como su elección. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y tienen un bonito diseño. Llame primero antes de venir de fuera de la ciudad si la persona que reservó la habitación no estará presente. Su identificación debe coincidir con el nombre en el que reservó la habitación. Tuve la suerte de tener mi licencia de matrimonio como prueba de que mi esposo reservó la habitación. Casi no tenía una habitación en medio de la noche, lo cual era realmente aterrador.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a nice design. Call first before you come from out of town if the person who reserved room will not be present. Your ID needs to match the name that you reserved the room in. I was lucky to have my marriage license as proof that my husband reserved the room. I almost didn't have a room in the middle of the night which was really scary.

I love this Hotel I'm always treated by a beautiful smile but the Ladies who work the front desk. The rooms are very clean, the manager Lisa is a beautiful person she make sure you are okay while you stay in the hotel. I enjoy my stay there every time I come to Merrillville, Indiana I choose this hotel for my stay. I recommend you all pick this hotel as your choice. Very Good workers and Management.... This was the absolute worst experience our family has ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those with children. I booked this hotel for a short getaway for my wife and children and they encountered multiple unacceptable issues. The room that we booked was not ready upon arrival after 3pm. Once they went in, the room had not been cleaned. The staff was reluctant to make accommodations or get another room for us. They ended up sleeping in a 1 king bed room and were told they would have their room cleaned the next day, but were never given a time. In an attempt to reconcile the trip, she took my children to the pool and it was completely covered in hair, as if someone let a wig unravel in there! Finally, the milk and yogurt that were served the next morning was expired and sour! These were the minimal complaints. If you want to know more let me know. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Quarto não é ruim, mas poderia ser mais limpo. Cadeira na área de estar tem fuzzies e outras coisas que podem ser facilmente aspiradas.Hotel é tão perto da interestadual, quase impossível descansar.Barulho super alto 24x7, quando digo barulho, quero dizer um rugido, não vou ficar aqui novamente.Uma atendente positiva e super simpática tomando café da manhã, ela está realmente no topo de seu jogo e faz um bom trabalho com o que tem para trabalhar.Fora do hotel mantido limpo, dentro dos corredores etc também limpo.Mas o barulho da estrada é insuportável.

Fantástico! Esta localização é sempre a escolha número 1! A equipe é profissional, mas gentil e o hotel está sempre limpo. Tudo, desde o check-in fácil até o check-out fácil (logo após um delicioso café da manhã, é claro) é simplesmente perfeito! Há aquelas pessoas (você sabe quem você é) que trazem seus filhos para hotéis e os deixam correr a qualquer hora da noite e esquecem que estão em um hotel. Bem, observei a recepcionista lidando com essa situação e gostaria de estar fazendo uma avaliação porque não poderia ter feito melhor! Quando uma reclamação chegou, ela se desculpou e garantiu ao hóspede que lidaria com a situação e, quando ligou para o quarto, foi profissional e muito educada, pois notificou o hóspede com as crianças da zona de salto. Outros hotéis podem ter tido um tom ameaçador ou podem não ter sido profissionais o suficiente para fazer o trabalho… de qualquer forma, a consideração de ambas as partes foi um empreendimento perfeito da questão. Escusado será dizer que os funcionários o tratam como seu hóspede, não apenas o cliente das redes hoteleiras e isso faz a diferença :)

¡Fantástico! ¡Esta ubicación siempre está fuera de la elección número 1! El personal es profesional pero agradable y el hotel está siempre limpio. ¡Todo, desde el registro fácil hasta el pago fácil (justo después de un delicioso desayuno, por supuesto) es simplemente perfecto! Hay esas personas (ya sabes quién eres) que llevan a sus hijos a los hoteles y los dejan correr a todas horas de la noche y se olvidan de que están en un hotel. Bueno, observé a la mujer de la recepción manejando esta situación y desearía estar haciendo una evaluación porque no podría haberlo hecho mejor. Cuando llegó una queja, se disculpó y le aseguró a la invitada que ella manejaría la situación y cuando llamó a la habitación, fue profesional y muy educada cuando notificó a la invitada con los niños de la zona de salto. Es posible que otros hoteles hayan tenido un tono amenazante o que no hayan sido lo suficientemente profesionales para hacer el trabajo... de cualquier manera, la consideración por ambas partes fue una solución perfecta para el problema. No hace falta decir que los empleados lo tratan como a un huésped, no solo al cliente de la cadena hotelera y eso marca la diferencia :)

Room not bad but could be cleaner. Chair in sitting area has fuzzies and stuff on it that could easily be vacuumed off.Hotel is so close to interstate, nearly impossible to rest.Super loud noise 24x7, when I say noise I mean a roar, will not stay here again.A positive, super nice lady attendant doing breakfast, she’s really on top of her game and does a good job with what she has to work with.Outside hotel kept clean, inside hallways etc also clean.But the highway noise is unbearable.

Fantastic! This location is always out #1 pick! The staff is professional yet personable and the hotel is always clean. Everything from the easy check in to the easy checkout (right after a delicious breakfast of course) is just perfect! There are those people (you know who you are) who bring their kids to hotels and let them run around at all hours of the night and forget they are in a hotel. Well, I observed the front desk woman handling this situation and I wish I was doing an evaluation because I couldn’t have done it better! When a complaint came in she apologized and reassured the guest that she would handle the situation and when she called the room she was professional and very polite as she notified the guest with the jump zone kids. Other hotels may have had a threatening tone or they may have not been professional enough to get the job done… either way, consideration for both parties was a perfect undertaking of the issue. Needless to say the employees treat you like their guest, not just the hotel chains customer and that makes a difference :)
