This hotel was perfect for my one night stay to see Void of Vision at the Castle Theatre. It is quiet and still close to many places to eat and shop. I enjoyed my time there and was very relaxed.

Prós: Apreciei que eles me deixassem fazer o check-in mais cedo, embora eu tivesse que ligar pelo menos 3 vezes, pois continuava sendo passado. O hotel fica perto de lojas, restaurantes e do aeroporto regional, por isso tem uma localização conveniente. Funcionários simpáticos também. O quarto em si é tamanho decente. Contras: logo após o check-in, notei que uma das lâmpadas de cabeceira não tinha lâmpada e avisei a recepção e me disseram que seria cuidado, o que nunca foi. A piscina é pequena e a sala de bilhar é muito echoey, então se havia crianças lá espirrando e gritando ao mesmo tempo, não é agradável lol.

Ventajas: Aprecié que me dejaran registrarme temprano, aunque tuve que llamar al menos 3 veces porque seguía desmayándome. El hotel está cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y del aeropuerto regional, por lo que tiene una ubicación conveniente. Personal amable también. La habitación en sí es de un tamaño decente. Desventajas: poco después de registrarme, me di cuenta de que una de las lámparas de la mesita de noche no tenía una bombilla y avisé a la recepción y me dijeron que la arreglarían, lo cual nunca sucedió. La piscina es pequeña y la sala de la piscina tiene mucho eco, por lo que si había niños chapoteando y gritando al mismo tiempo, no es agradable jajaja.

Pros: I appreciated that they let me check in early although I had to call at least 3 times as I kept getting passed off. The hotel is close to stores, restaurants, and the regional airport so it has a convenient location. Friendly staff also. The room itself is decent size. Cons: shortly after checking in, I noticed that one of the bedside lamps did not have a light bulb and I advised the front desk and was told it would be taken care of, which it never was. The pool is small and the pool room is very echoey so if there was kids there splashing and screaming at the same time, it is not enjoyable lol.

Quarto era decente e as camas eram muito confortáveis. O café da manhã era muito bom. Piscina estava suja, água não clara e detritos flutuando por toda parte. Paredes muito finas e manchas em todos os tapetes e lixo no chão nos corredores. Música alta estava tocando a noite toda, adolescentes estavam correndo para cima e para baixo pelos corredores a maior parte da noite e uma criança ficava batendo na nossa porta, tornando quase impossível dormir.A equipe no entanto foi excelente e muito gentil. Boa localização perto de restaurantes, shopping e aeroporto! Serviço de transporte disponível para o aeroporto.Eu acho que com alguma limpeza profunda, manutenção da piscina e talvez horas de silêncio impostas depois de um certo tempo este lugar poderia obter 5 estrelas!

La habitación era decente y las camas eran muy cómodas. El desayuno era bastante bueno. La piscina estaba sucia, el agua no estaba clara y los escombros flotaban por todas partes. Paredes muy delgadas y manchas en todas las alfombras y basura en el piso de los pasillos. La música a todo volumen sonaba toda la noche, los adolescentes corrían de un lado a otro por los pasillos la mayor parte de la noche y un niño pequeño no dejaba de llamar a nuestra puerta, lo que hacía casi imposible dormir.Sin embargo, el personal fue excelente y muy amable. Buena ubicación cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y el aeropuerto. Servicio de transporte disponible al aeropuerto.¡Creo que con un poco de limpieza profunda, mantenimiento de la piscina y quizás horas de silencio forzadas después de un tiempo determinado, este lugar podría obtener 5 estrellas!

Zero if I could!!! We booked 5 rooms for a family get together today. We all left. The rooms were disgusting. The pool was only maybe 3/4 full if that, and not being filtered. My kids jumped out because things were floating in the stagnant water. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

Room was decent and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool was filthy, water not clear and debris floating all over. Very thin walls and stains all over carpets and trash on floor in hallways. Loud music was playing all night, teenagers were running up and down the halls most of the night and some little kid kept knocking on our door making it next to impossible to sleep. The staff however was great and very kind. Good location near restaurants, shopping and the airport! Shuttle service available to the airport. I think with some deep cleaning, pool maintenance and maybe enforced quiet hours after a certain time this place could get 5 stars!

La que nos atendió en la recepción fue muy amable y nos atendió rápidamente. El cuarto estaba limpio y bien arreglado. No hubo ningún ruido aunque el hotel tampoco estaba llena esa noche. El desayuno fue muy bueno con bastante selección, y la que atendía estaba pronta para arreglar, limpiar y poner cualquier cosa que faltaba. Fue una experiencia positiva.
