Rara vez hago reseñas de Google, pero el hotel merece una buena calificación para bodas. Tuve una boda recientemente en enero de 2022 con las nuevas restricciones de covid. Fue una noche maravillosa como novio, ya que el personal aquí en Copthorne King fue muy útil, toda la planificación estuvo a cargo de la coordinadora, la señorita Danice. Y la boda del día real fue muy tranquila. Muchas gracias a Joseph y su asistente, el Sr. Lim, que manejaron muy bien tanto la boda como la ceremonia del té. Lo que me gusto fue lo siguiente: 1) respuestas rápidas del coordinador de bodas 2) decoración maravillosa y hermosa, no se requieren preparativos de nuestra parte, solo teníamos que estar presentes 3) la comida se sirvió caliente, a tiempo, el emplatado fue maravilloso 4) Precios asequibles ~100++ por pax (¡cena del sábado!) 5) la comida era deliciosa, de la cocina del restaurante tien Court 6) el personal de servicio fue excelente 7) varios beneficios como no cockage, etc. Recomiendo encarecidamente a las parejas que celebren su boda aquí.

Rarely I do Google reviews but the hotel deserves a good rating for weddings Had a wedding recently in Jan 2022 with the new covid restrictions. It was a wonderful night as the groom, as the staff here in copthorne king were very helpful, all of the planning were handled by the coordinator miss danice. And actual day wedding was very smooth sailing. Many thanks to Joseph and his assistant Mr lim who handled both the wedding and tea ceremony extremely well. What I liked was the following: 1) quick responses from wedding coordinator 2) wonderful and beautiful decor, no preparations required from us, we just had to be present 3) food was served warm, on time, plating was marvelous 4) affordable pricing ~100++ per pax (Saturday dinner!) 5) food was tasty, from tien Court resturant kitchen 6) service staff was great 7) various perks like no cockage etc Highly recommend couples to hold their wedding here.

El precio parecía demasiado caro en términos de relación calidad-precio (servicio). Lo más probable es que se deba a un bloqueo. We had our wedding banquet here just yesterday, and are incredibly impressed with the service and food! We don't usually leave reviews, but the team, Danice, Joseph, Lim and Tien Court staff, are well deserving of high praise.Danice was there with us all the way, very responsive and professional, patiently attending to all our questions and requests prior to the ceremony. Joseph and Lim were also instrumental in ensuring that the dinner went smoothly. Joseph even had extra servings of my husband's favourite ou ni delivered to our room the next day (fresh batch of ou ni, of course)! Food was awesome as well, and the service staff were great. Will definitely return if given the chance!

As a hotel for isolation is really ok. Decent conditions for few days. Internet on place. Strict and clear rules, better do not obey!

A partir del 21 de noviembre, esta es una especie de prisión para que los marineros se sienten antes de abordar el barco. No puedes salir de la habitación para comunicarte, no puedes beber ni fumar tampoco. Krch se puede entender que están reprimidos por el gobierno de este pueblo de pescadores. Así que solo quería hablarlo, no te lo tomes en serio.

Me alojé en este hotel 4-5 veces, supongo, ya que fue organizado por la empresa. En general, un buen hotel de 5 estrellas en el corazón de la ciudad. La conectividad es buena debido a la parada de autobús frente al hotel, sin embargo, utilicé principalmente un taxi o un automóvil alquilado por la empresa, por lo que no tengo mucha idea sobre el transporte público. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y la vista es agradable si te dan una habitación que da a la calle. La comida es la misma todos los días, que se sirve en buffet, sin embargo, puede ir al restaurante del hotel si desea probar algo nuevo o diferente al habitual. En general, una buena experiencia.

We were quarantined while vaccinated and within the three days window of the PCR test. There is no way to smoke during your stay, no designated area or anything. You are practically confined to your room. Internet is limited to 9.5mbps. Also the food was bad, no choices whatsoever...

Stayed in this hotel for 4-5 times I guess as it was arranged by company. Over all good 5 star hotel in the heart of city. Connectivity is good due to bus stop in front of the hotel however I mainly used taxi or company rented car so have not much idea about public transport. Rooms are spacious and view is nice if you get a room facing towards road. Food is same everyday which were served in buffet however you can go to hotel restaurant if you want to try something new or different from regular one. Overall good experience.

Y también el equipo / tripulación del hotel es accesible y muy agradable, también me gusta la habitación y las comodidades, y por último, pero la mayor parte que quería, la comida. I Love the first impression I have there, I feel so safe and free from virus is the first thing I notice. And also the team/crew of the hotel are all approachable and so nice, I like also the room and the amenities, and lastly but the most part I wanted, the food. Every each day they're not failing me to fulfill my stomach happily, all our so very good, in taste and in much. I highly recommended this hotel. More power to you and God Bless

It is one of the best decisions that we had made.Wedding planning process - Danice, the event coordinator, was always contactable, and ever so patient to answer our queries. This is especially reassuring considering the Covid situation where there are alot of uncertainties. We had made several changes along the way due to the evolving situation and Danice was always quick to respond. On the wedding day, she was always present to provide the best service that she could, and briefing us on the process flow as well.Wedding day banquet coordinator - definitely have to give a huge shout-out to Lim and Desmond. Lim was providing top-notch service from the beginning till the end of the banquet. He helped to set up the room for the tea ceremony and answered to every requests from everyone positively. We ordered egg tarts for the Tea ceremony and he took the initiative to place them on a three tiered stand for food presentation. In addition, the sweet tea and tea set was prepared for the ceremony which was a pleasant surprise for us. He was also meticulous and attentive to our needs. When some of our guests arrived early for the tea ceremony, he immediately served the egg tarts even though it was set to be served much later. It was heartwarming that he took care of the wedding couple's needs till beyond the banquet. He informed the couple to call him after their rest at the preparation room in order to send them off at the first floor. It was already going 11pm. Even our guests sang praises about him, noting his great service.As the banquet coordinator, Desmond was calm and provided great guidance to us in ensuring a smooth flow of the programme. He taught our AV Coordinator on how to operate the systems patiently and gave us a few dry-runs before the wedding so we can familiarise with the procedure. Thanks to him, the wedding went smoothly with everything happening at the right moment. He also gave good advices and tips to us for ensuring that our guests were in best hands. One thing that really highlighted his efficiency was his quick response to our impromptu request to add a vegetarian meal for a guest. We thought it was impossible but he and the team managed to do it for us, and our guest was able to have a full course meal with everyone.Hotel staff and servers - great service and attitude from everyone. They greeted us with smiles and ever so polite. I don't recall meeting any of their staff that showed 'black face' or bad attitude. From the person who checked in the guests to the food servers, they were always smiling and courteous.Tien Court Restaurant and food - My family are already arranging when to return to the restaurant for a meal. The seafood such as prawns, scallops and cod fish were fresh and succulent. It was most important to us if the food was suitable for the elderly. We are glad to see our VIPs finished all the food till the last course. Feedback from our guests are that the food was great too. We specially ordered some egg tarts for our guests for the tea ceremony and they commended that it was one of the best egg tarts they had tried. Definitely coming back to the restaurant to try their dim sum and signature dishes :) also shout-out to the front-table reception staff of the restaurant who took our order of the egg tarts before the wedding, very helpful to arrange a good time for the egg tarts to be served and explaining their menu and additional menu.Sorry for such lengthy review but I truly believe that they deserved it. Presently hotel is working as a quarantine hotel. Signing off and signing on Seamen staying here waiting for vessel joining or flight to home country. Seaman has to stay in the room only, it is strictly prohibited to come out. Food is being delivered directly to the room. Shampoo, body lotion, tooth past and tooth brush are available. Some tea coffee also available in the room. Door to balcony is locked

I ordered macrons & latte for my friend who has been quarantined in the hotel for her birthday. I told the F&B staff to include a message “Happy Birthday”. However, they prepared a card. She also took a photo of the order & sent to me before sending it up to the room. Thank you Ms Diana for going the extra mile to bring the smile on both our faces. I appreciate your excellent service.

A pesar de su apretada agenda cada vez que nos reuníamos para discutir, ella nos manejó profesionalmente. El servicio fue excelente. Durante algunas de las discusiones de planificación, definitivamente hubo algunos contratiempos, pero se las arregló para resolverlos de inmediato. A lo largo de estos pocos meses de conocerla, no solo me hace conocerla como Gerente, sino también como amiga. Me gustaría darle las gracias por estos meses. I had my most wonderful big wedding day celebrated at Kings. I would like to personally thanks the Catering Sales Manager who was assigned to us, Danice. Despite her busy schedule every time we met up for discussion, she handled us professionally. Service was awesome. During some of the planning discussions, there's definitely have some hiccups but she managed to resolve it immediately. Throughout this few months of meeting her, it makes me not just meeting her as a Manager but a friend. I would like to thanks her for this few months. I also like to thanks Copthorne King's service during the wedding banquet. My big day was a success!
