Rooms are super modern with an iPad controlling the blinds, lighting, and temperature. They are small with the bed taking up half the room, but it was perfect for a couples getaway. We got the city view room & the view was worth it. The breakfast was great as well with friendly staff. Perfect location and walkable to many attractions. Os quartos são super modernos com um iPad controlando persianas, iluminação e temperatura. Eles são pequenos com a cama ocupando metade do quarto, mas foi perfeito para uma escapadela de casais. very disappointed in this hotel. the rooms are so tiny! the bed is hard and the linens feel very cheap/scratchy. the outlets are on the other side of the room from the bed so you can't charge your phone or laptop while you are on the bed. I am breast pumping for my baby so I like to lay on the bed while pumping but had to sit at a desk and pump because where the outlet is located. I called the front desk to ask for an extension cord and they said they don't have one- so i had to go buy one at cvs. I took a shower (its a very tiny shower in a very tiny bathroom) and the whole bathroom flooded. there is no drain in the bathroom floor so the water is just standing. the room is very minimalist and looks like cheap materials were used. No full length mirror in the room. the room feels cold, sterile, creepy - not comfy, copying or welcoming. the pros are - it is brand new, clean and has a large well equipped gym and nice spacious lobby; good location and price. The room l controls (lights, AC etc.) are controlled by a tablet that’s on your room desk. We didn’t wanna leave, and I kept taking pics of the hotel. The location is SUPERB. Right next to EVERYTHING. We went everywhere by foot, and all the best bars and restaurants were there. So great, I am actually waiting to go back again! I'll never stay in one of the typical big chain hotels again if there's a citizenM nearby. The hotel and amenities are super modern and the staff is helpful and friendly.Loved how I could customize my room lighting! The gym was nice and big too. We had just stayed at the CitizenM Boston and loved the feel of the hotel and the staff (can't be beat!) that we booked this one in Chicago. My wife and I stayed at CitizenM for a two day visit to Chicago in December. This is a relatively new hotel (only abut 3 months), so everything is shiny and up to date. The entrance to the hotel is...

The lobby, bar and sitting areas were beautifully decorated, very comfortable and inviting. The rooms, however, are a different story. They are TINY, barely enough room for 2 people to move around...

The check in was good, I loved the layout out the room it was very comfortable and loved how everything was up to date. Overall great stay I would totally recommend to others. Thanks for stay 💯😁😁😁
