My parents stayed at Sonesta Simply Suites at BWI on 3/16/22-3/19/22. There stay was regrettable when on the second night Cops were called on a guest there for screaming in the lobby at 11 at night where he seemed intoxicated from the disturbance. My parents room was directly across from the lobby and kept my parents up and even my mother opened the door and asked them to please quiet down. The officer did apologize but still they got no rest beyond that. The other Sonesta less than half a mile down the road informed my parents that that hotel was under construction and they should have stayed at their location. Corporate office offered a free one night stay but at same rundown location. Do not stay here!!!!

Se eu pudesse dar a este lugar sem estrelas, eu daria, pior experiência que já reservei aqui há um tempo atrás e, quando chegamos, eles simplesmente disseram que não temos uma reserva em seu sistema, embora eu tivesse confirmação, tivemos que ir às 1 da manhã. ao redor para outro hotel. A suíte foi o menor quarto com 2 camas de casal que não é o que pedimos, pedimos um 2 rainhas porque temos 2 filhos adolescentes. Então, à 1 da manhã, as pessoas na sala acima de nós começaram a pular ou dançar, eu não sei o que eles estavam fazendo, tentei ligar para a recepção para que eles soubessem que havia um telefone, mas nenhuma informação sobre como ligar para a recepção, então eu ligou do meu telefone e disse que acho que eles não fizeram nada para verificar porque continuou até as 3 da manhã. Definitivamente não voltarei aqui nunca mais paguei 190 $, então não foi barato.

If I could give this place no stars I would , worst experience ever i booked here a while ago and when we arrived they simply said we don’t have a reservation in their system even though I had confirmation, we had to go at 1am look around for another hotel . Unfortunately my husband booked us a suite here again not realizing it is the same place until we got here . The suite was the tiniest room with 2 full size beds which is not what we asked we asked for a 2 queens because we have 2 teenage kids . Then at 1am the people in the room above us starting jumping or dancing I don’t know what they were doing I tried to call the front desk to let them know there was a phone but no information on how to call the front desk so I called from my phone and told them I don’t think they did anything to check because it continued until 3am . I will definitely not come here ever again I paid 190$ so it wasn’t cheap .

Realmente incrível negócio para o preço. A equipe foi amigável eo quarto tinha uma kitchenette fofa e uma cama muito confortável. Minha única reclamação é que as pessoas ficavam saindo bem em frente ao prédio fumando e sendo super barulhentas TODA A NOITE. É meio chato quando seu quarto está bem ali. Eu só gostaria que a equipe pedisse às pessoas para fumar em outro lugar. É difícil dormir quando você ouve pessoas gritando a noite toda. Mas fora isso, este é um valor.

Noel na recepção foi super doce e teve um ótimo atendimento ao cliente. Os quartos eram espaçosos a um baixo custo no entanto, havia má circulação de ar na sala separada do AC na sala principal. Quartos e equipamentos devem ser atualizados e limpos um pouco mais. No geral gostei da minha estadia.

Oferta realmente increíble por el precio. El personal era amable y la habitación tenía una cocinita linda y una cama muy cómoda. Mi única queja es que las personas seguían pasando el rato justo en frente del edificio fumando y haciendo mucho ruido TODA LA NOCHE. Da asco cuando tu habitación está justo ahí. Solo desearía que el personal le pidiera a la gente que fume en otro lugar. Es difícil dormir cuando escuchas a la gente gritando toda la noche. Pero aparte de eso, este es un gran valor.

Noel en la recepción fue muy amable y tuvo un excelente servicio al cliente. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas a bajo costo, sin embargo, había poca circulación de aire en la habitación separada del aire acondicionado en la habitación principal. Las habitaciones y el equipo deberían actualizarse y limpiarse un poco más. En general disfruté de mi estadía.

Noel at the front desk was super sweet and had great customer service. The rooms were spacious at a low cost however, there was poor air circulation in the room separate from the AC in the main room. Rooms and equipment should be updated and cleaned a bit more. Overall enjoyed my stay.

The customer service at this location is great and the people who work here are all so nice. Booked an extended stay. The sales manager (Jason) was very helpful in assisting me with a special rate for the extended stay. He was also very accommodating when I checked out early due to finding a place closer to my new place of employment. Called ahead and was allowed and early check-in. I did have to switch my room a few times soon after arriving (not so much due to the rooms but more for my preference since I would be staying a while, and once due to a leaking sink). One of the customer service agents (David) was very helpful on this night and was able to get me into a comfortable room. Noel also helped me one night when my toaster wasnt working. Rooms were well put together, but I could tell some of the rooms I was put in hadn’t been used in a while due to the dust buildup/carpet could’ve been better vacuumed/ dead bugs on windowsill. I can also say that not everything in each room I was placed in worked (one room toaster not working, next room a few outlets and microwave light not working, next room tub plug broken). Place just needs some updating. This is a simpler hotel, nothing extravagant, but they do have free laundry, free parking and a small exercise room. For the longer stays the rooms are also equip with 2 burner stovetop (no oven), some essential dishes/pots/pans, and they also have cooking equipment that can be checked out/ borrowed if needed. Rooms fairly sized. 20 minute drive from Baltimore but there are a bunch of close restaurants and the highway is nearby to get you to shopping areas. Wouldn't stay here if you dont have/rent a car as this location would require at least a short drive to get to anything major. This was my first time attempting to do an extended stay in a hotel. While extended stay is not for me this place is fine for a shorter stay and maybe extended if you dont mind being in a hotel room for that long. Customer service great here, they’ll work hard to make you comfortable.

Really awesome deal for the price. Staff was friendly and the room had a cute kitchenette and a really comfy bed. My only complaint is that people kept hanging out right in front of the building smoking and being super loud ALL NIGHT. It kind of sucks when your room is right there. I just wish the staff would ask people to go smoke somewhere else. It’s hard to sleep when you hear people yelling all night. But other than that, this is such a value.
